Quick friendly service, from their pharmacy.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been too. I get the same prescriptions every single month and one of my pills is time released I always get it late. I call up there daily 4 or 5 days before it's due and it's still never in stock. The pharmacist is rude and hateful and will not even talk to you to explain why the same pill is never in stock. I never get the pill filled on time with them. They need to hire some competent workers.

This is literally the worst Pharmacy in the world!! They mess up your prescriptions constantly. You can never get them on the phone and when you do it accidentally hangs up on you.

Just the worst in every angle. I would never do business with them again if my Medicare supplement wasn't with them. The rudest most incompetent group of people at the Jasper, GA store. Other Walgreens have been far better. This store is barely in business without help or phone and computer lines that work. Nobody cares there and it must be their training. Pitiful and worst drug store ever encountered in 50+ years all across America and in many foreign countries.

I called the pharmacy and, no surprise, was put on and off hold. 30 minutes later the phone was picked up and then set down and for the next several minutes I could hear the staff chatting with no one picking up the call. Oh well. Bad service, again. We’ll be taking our business elsewhere.

Go to fill 3 scripts, that I have to take, and the pharmacy is closed. Something about only having 2 people. Had to do without.

If you need your prescriptions in a timely fashion or like friendly service look elsewhere. They are consistently rude and are always later than the time they told me to pick up my medicine.

As far as big box pharmacies go they are helpful & get your prescriptions right. I also like the convenience of the "mini-store" concept for picking up items while you're there avoiding a trip to another store. However, I don't like the way the "big guys" are wiping out the small home town pharmacies. I try to take as much business to those as possible. Big pharma impose batch pricing to all pharmacies where they have to break even or lose money to fill your prescription. The little guys can't do that and is the biggest reason why they're getting pushed out.

The pharmacists are caring and individually attentive. Particularly Nellie. She remembers me and is always caring. In these times, that's huge.

I do prefer Walgreens for my over the counter meds and the rewards point system does save money. Tend to buy birthday/holiday cards here as well because one doesn't have to walk a half mile to get to them like other big-box retail. This location has several friendly floor staff even if they seem a little understaffed. I can generally find what I want but there is a tendency to have only one item "place-holding" on the shelves or even empty spots. I do enjoy that they have gone back to the Mid-night closing time. I always seem to need something between 10 and Mid-night. I don't use this vendor for prescriptions, though.

This is the worst pharmacy i have ever dealt with. The pharmacist was rude. I noticed he is no longer there. They did not know how to file the insurance company for a flu shot for my husband. Kroger had no problem with taking care of me. Then they had the nerve to charge $40 for a flu shot that cost $20! I will never give them my business plus Im going higher up to complain.

VERY UNDERSTAFFED. Twice I have went here for my uncle's prescriptions. Once immediately after he was discharged from the hospital, then today when they changed his pain meds. VERY slow. Told to come back twice after promised time. Still no pain meds. He has been hurting! Save yourself time, and frustration and go elsewhere!

I will NEVER enter this store again much less purchase anything from it. The customer service is horrible. At the check out there were 2 cashiers both talking to each other but only 1 cashier actually working. I was 4th person in line and people getting in line behind me. Finally the other cashier who was only talking offered to take someone at the register across the isle. It took over 15 minutes for me to check out for ONE bottle of medicine for a sick child. Upon leaving the store I immediately called the store to talk to the manager, I was hung up on. So I decided to leave this review instead. I will go to CVS or Rite Aid from now on.
