75 a month and a 15 dollar 1 time administration fee..Lol (not happening) spoke with Ron....If i have to pay extra because i want to do buisness with you. I will take my buisness else where..The 75 a month is fine.The 15 dollar fee to pay him to do buisness with me is astonishing.. and all i did was call to get a price quote.First he quoted me monthly then before I hung up, thats when he added the fee...Anybody else having problems with this place, is this normal..Im only wanting a place to store some of my old furniture.I called 5 different places. Nobody else in pickens county charges an administration fee...I called mt. Video. They are awesome60$ a month no administration fee.None from addordable storage or phildelphia rd storage, mini storage any other place i quoted.... even the ones that are climate controlled..So Ron to your response, its not common at all... you dont have to file any paperwork other than the storage unit lease agreement...smhGreed, is what it is. 15 $ for you to pocket just to do buisness is utterly ridiclous..Please let me know what other company charges administration fee. Thanks

Well they emailed our bill to us. We tried to pay online at the time for 3 days prior. So we went by the place to pay while the office was suppose to be opened. And so It was definitely hours of their business hours and no one was there. Well Sunday we headed to storage to get our fishing poles and what u know it had a lock on it and we had till midnight. So before payment was due they done locked the storage.

The people are super friendly, the rates are the lowest i could find and ive had absolutely no issues in the year ive been with them. :)
