I was stranded hours away from home with my daughter when the tow truck driver dropped our car off at Precision Automotive. In no time, Chris had a new battery delivered and installed. My daughter and I were back on the road shortly after! Thank you for turning a difficult day around.

While driving through the area on a road trip, I experienced an unusual noise when braking and wasn't sure if it was safe to continue driving. Precision Automotive was the closest mechanic around, and even though it was close to closing time, they were kind enough to walk out and visually inspect my brake pads to make sure I was safe to continue on my trip. I was so thankful to the generosity and kindness of this company, and if ever in the area again, would 100% trust them with my cars. Thank you for helping a stranger in need!

James was incredible! I needed my tail light replaced and he worked me in to his busy schedule and had me out of there within 30 minutes. He was so nice and patient! Will absolutely be taking my car to him if I ever have any other issues. Thanks James!

James returned my call same day even though he is extremely busy and stayed late just to return calls. We dropped off our truck and he fixed it in 2 days!!!! I have never had a mechanic fix anything that quickly! He had a whole parking lot of vehicles to fix and made us feel like we were the only ones there. What a great experience, he will be our life long mechanic!!

I took my vehicle these guys this week for the first time and this is why I support small town businesses and proud to live in Jasper. While waiting on my vehicle I witnessed the owner talk to several customers that had came in. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and explained everything in a small town way. A genuine good guy who takes his business seriously….. and when you go buy one his daughter’s bracelets.

We took our truck here for a covered warranty issue. The guys here worked really hard to help us get everything we needed for the warranty company. The claim was ultimately denied and the mechanics worked with us to get the truck repaired. They did a fantastic job! Amazing customer service by the guys and the truck runs like it should!

Absolutely phenomenal people to trust your vehicles with. They do things right, don't cut corners, use quality parts, and will make sure everything is correct. The pricing is fantastic as well. The same repair Precision just performed on my vehicle cost over twice as much at a location I will refrain from mentioning. Super friendly and super cool guys to deal with.
