this place is a absolute joke, you can’t ever get anyone on the phone, i ordered ds18 tower horns that said in stock over 2 weeks ago and can’t get anybody on the phone, then instead of refund, they try to offer me something else. absolutely ridiculous

Had an item stolen from my porch/mailbox and told me I was SOL, never got an email saying it was shipped or that it was delivered as far as I know they stole 260 from me!! Never gonna buy from them, they didn't even offer to reimburse me or replace the item!

I haven’t did a review in some time but this has to be said. I FOUND MY NEW HOME. Mike and his team are amazing. Soon as I walked in the door they treated me like family. Mike went out his way to track down an online purchase I made and made things happen for me to get it sooner. Made suggestions and gave me pointers for my future endeavors off-roading.

I got my first Jeep and walked in off the street to find a few things for my zombie apocalypse vehicle. The folks were great at sharing information for all sorts of Jeep mods. They helped me choose a few thing and started a plan for the future. I expect to do business with JeepHut for years to come. Just wish they were open on Saturday... Weekdays only.

Update to response below: Since realising that the address was incomplete and my proving it with a photograph, my emails have been ignored. Also I have never been spoken to just emailed back before it became clear the address was incomplete. AVOID!!!!They didn't put the full address on my $750 package and didn't notify me that it had been posted. This resulted in the package never reaching me. I lost the whole amount and the products. Jeep Hut then just ignored all my emails about it. Terrible service and couldn't care less about their customers. Lazy, careless approach to business. Just go direct to the supplier or use another company that take some responsibility for their incompetence.

Super Nice, and super attentive, my husband and I left with a heavy bag of jeep accessory gifts for ourselves and the Jeep family. Yes, I made him take a picture. We were evacuating from Florida my way of saying Hurricane / Vacation Hurricanetioning . We didn't have to go that far north to evacuate, but, it was nice stopping by the Jeep Hut to buy nice items for ourselves. Great team!

We bought a windshield part for our Jeep that cost us with tax and shipping $82.65. The part didn’t fit our Jeep so we sent it back. They make you pay for shipping back which cost us $30 and then they charged us a 20% restock fee? So at the end I got credited the $49.40 but don’t forget I paid $30 to ship. So after spending $82.65 on a part that I had to return I have $20 in my hand. Not worth it. Bad customer service and a real rip off. If you’re not local and can’t pick it up I don’t recommend ordering anything from them.

My family and I decided to evacuate St Petersburg Florida on Tuesday September 27 and ended up in Ellijay GA running away from hurricane Ian. While there we went to visit the JeepHut in Jasper. I have to say that immediately we felt welcomed by the whole staff! They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I bought quite a few things from the store but I did notice that Valerie went out of her way to even get us a custom Jeep shopping bag. That was really cool! I thought of writing a Yelp review after that but in time it escaped my mind. Then after a few days we made it back to Florida and in my email inbox, I received a message from the staff. They wanted to make sure we made it home alright. That is just going above and beyond!!!!!!!!!!!!! Brought a smile to our face knowing there are people like them still around!!!!! Wish you all much success!!!!! Thanks!!!!! Job

Just had a question about my hardtop and Andrew was so helpful. Thanks a bunch! I would highly recommend this shop after the great experience over the phone. Update: Andrew called us back after finding he had in stock a Besttop easy folding Sun rider hard top. I love it!!! I took it down the expressway today at 70 no issues. We will definitely be back for other things like service on my vehicle etc. Such a nice group of people. Thanks so much!!! Btw, we're from Acworth and wouldn't even mind the drive to take it here.

Hats off to everyone at The JeepHut. Bought a new Jeep and decided to get new wheels and tires. They did an awesome job helping me build out my 2014 so I wanted them to do the new wheels and tires. Bobby Cox took the time to roll out a 33 and 35 tire and put up against the Jeep for me to see what I thought. I originally decided on 33s and after thinking about it decided on 35s and talked it over with Bobby and the staff for their input which was the 35s. Right decision!!!! My Jeep looks and rides great!! Everyone is so courteous and helpful. When asking for input on something, they are very honest and not pushy. Thanks again guys!!!

Not bad people, and not bad service. Just needs work. They sometimes don't call back, and I have caught them talking about things they don't know about and giving me wrong information. When they tell me what needs to be done, they make it out to be that they are telling me the only option. No other routes or options for better performance or cost effectiveness, and then they don't always explain their reasoning for those options. I feel like they need better customer service, not just someone who knows what they are talking about (or someone that knows how to just regurgitate information) but someone who is enthusiastic and happy to talk and explain what is going on. The owner of the place is top notch though, honestly it's a 2 or 3 star place, I just hope they work one the customer service end and be on.

The guys at JeepHut have done repairs & axle work on both my Jeeps. Excellent work, excellent turn around time and great people that are exceptionally knowledgeable. Also great place for parts and off-roading gear.

TLDR: Super helpful staff, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Special shout-out to Bobby Cox for superior customer service before/after the sale. Give them a call, they’ll sort you out at the right price and in a timely fashion.The details: Due to the type of work I wanted, this was out of my league and the FIRST time I’ve taken my Jeep to a shop. I wanted to regear my JK and swap the front for a Spicer Dana 44 ultimate axle. While in the air, I figured swap the rear axle shafts and add Synergy adjustable control arms and all work was done within 3 days. I would have been concerned if done faster due to the attention needed to get it done right. After 500 miles of break-in, my Jeep drives like a dream. I double/triple checked that all was torqued to spec, steering stabilizer was properly reinstalled with adequate movement left/right and all 100% done correctly. Also, that axle is Badass! Thanks to Spicer for an amazing product as well.Everyone wants to hear something negative so I’ll give you this… the new front axle belched diff oil during break-in but I’m ok with that as it allowed the oil to break down appropriately while the gears wore in. That I can handle, rather than put the gears through a drought in that period. So be it, I’ll bust out the pressure washer and clean the puddle up! Cheers and thanks for your dedication!
