Absolute worst management I have ever had experience with. Pay these people in checks and make sure you always keep your receipts. Mr. Jack says I missed a month back in December 2023 and sent me a letter in the mail May 1st stating I owed $210 in late fees for several months that I had already paid and said if I dont have the receipts or pay the $210 he was getting rid of my stuff on the 1st of June. I tried to show him the receipts and he said "anybody can put a date on a check and anybody can use photoshop." I went to get the copies of the receipts from the bank where he cashed them with his name on them - on my only day off - to show him and he said he doesn't have time to meet with me because he has over 400 units. He went back and checked his books again and seen I only owed for December and then went ahead to charge me $1 for everyday up until May 24th. Very rude when trying to fix a billing issue, this is not the first time but the second that he has done this to us. Just be aware and keep your receipts, but just know that if there is a billing issue, you will never be right in their eyes and either way he will make it to where you owe way more than what you actually do. I got all of my things out of my unit and found 2 dead mice in the unit, im aware the chances of that are higher in non climate controlled facilities but just be aware. They do have good prices for your storage needs, but the way he treats his customers isn't worth it to me.

You should be ashamed of yourselves but I’m positive with the remark you gave that you aren’t. She was just trying to warn people to check their storage units because hers was broken into, never said a bad word about you and you did nothing about it. Instead, you kicked her out. On top of that you illegally put a lock on her unit that was paid for. She’s a good person because I would’ve called the police. No wonder people have such bad things to say about you with that childish remark you had when she said her stuff was out “ you should’ve gotten your Facebook friends to help you”. It takes a really low person to act like that. I’ll pray for you.

The manager is very nice, he takes very good care of the place, even the owner is nice, the storages are clean when you enter them, the sizes of units are perfect, I will always have a unit with them, after I get settled in another home, for overflow of things I don't need in my home.

Most reasonable place to store your overflow . On-site 24-hour security the unit's how ever are not climate controlled.
