I traded my car yesterday and purchased a Toyota 4Runner from Tutton. We did everything from price negotiation to financing over text so when I arrived at the dealership, they had the paperwork ready for me and I was in & out with my new car in less than an hour. Second time taking my Jeep Wrangler in for a factory service. They left the filler cap off of the engine coolant reservoir. I discovered it later, as I was far from home and my engine overheated. The dealership sent a survey on the quality of their service. I explained what happened, but no responsibility or acknowledgment. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT!

My Wagoneer had a very bad vibration over 55mph. I took it to the dealership because I had just had it in for tire rotation. They got right on it. The owner of the dealership Mr Tutton test drove it to make sure it was perfect. Where can you get service like that?

Exceptionally smooth experience from beginning to end. Met with Lindsey and she was able to locate my perfect vehicle and orchestrate for it to arrive in short time. This was my second experience with the dealership and it's always been a smooth and no hassle experience.
