Waited at the pharmacy for over 20 minutes, when FINALLY greeted I mentioned I was waiting for that long and the pharmacy cashier said "no you wasn't" - YES, I was. They can also for some reason never get my insurance right even though it's literally never changed. Left this pharmacy a while ago. Kinda pointless when the wait times & technical issues prevent you from even getting your medication.

They are the most caring pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Fast and helpful if something is wrong with your prescriptions. As someone who has to take a lot of medications, I have used pharmacies for years. Never have a thanks a pharmacist for being a saint (though admittedly I should have).

I left a review seven months ago that was poor. Since that time there have been many positive changes within the pharmacy. It is rare to have to wait a significant amount of time for your prescription. The staff are extremely friendly and amazingly know most customers names before you speak it. I am more than pleased with the changes and they deserve the highest compliments. Following was my previous review. This used to be the best pharmacy in Jasper. I truly love and appreciate Nicole and Lisa. You can’t ask for better pharmacists. However, recent changes in staff and policies have earned them a poor rating. Prescriptions are never ready when they say they will be and when you ask why the helpers are rude and state ‘we can’t control what is going to happen in the morning’. This has happened the past three times i have left prescriptions with them. My last experience was I dropped off a prescription the night before and also had them pull another order me that had been sent in electronically for processing so they would be ready the next morning. I was advised they would both be ready by 11 the next day. I showed up at noon and was told that the one sent electronically wouldn’t be ready until the next day and that the other one wouldn’t be ready for at least 30 minutes. I will find a new pharmacy that will communicate with me and value my time as much as I value theirs.

This store is quite beautiful with the sun shining through the windows on a sunny Saturday morning. I visited the Starbucks in this store on my way to an event in Jasper. Mason (I hope I have the name right!) was working the Starbucks alone and, might I say, knocking it out of the park! While I was waiting in line briefly and admiring the plant displays, one of the employees smiled and said hello to me. This was a super pleasant experience, and I will definitely visit this store again when I am up that way.

Ingles Pharmacy is absolutely the best in customer service and customer satisfaction! Nicole, Lisa, Jan and their Team are awesome and I've never experienced such delightful efficiency! They listen, care and deliver quality service!

In a hurry and thought I'd grab a couple of sandwiches - corned beef due to todays date. The bread was dry - like toasted but not - I got 2 tiny slices of meat with a blob of mayo and a blob of mustard on top of the meat! Not spread on the bread - just 2 blobs in the middle of the "sandwich". I would not feed this to the opossum that occasionally passes through my yard. It was disgusting. I've been going here for almost 20 years and I'm officially done. Half the time, the food has expired, the floors are sticky and the cheese is moldy. I've gotten heavy cream with actual lumps. Apparently, they make no effort to get the birds out of the store either - they certainly wouldn't do it in a humane way. You know what birds do right? Look at your windshield. There was a dead rotting bird on the wires above the front door for literally months that I asked the store personnel many times to get down. I finally asked a guy from a different company who was pressure washing to get it down and he did so. I am done. IGA is clean and the cashiers are friendly and it's actually not any more expensive. Most of all, the food is fresh. If I'm paying high prices, I want good fresh food.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The salad bar always has wilted and sad looking food. The sandwich section is slow as molasses and is constantly out of items because the staff doesn't keep up with ingredients. The Asian food and country to go food is oversalted and dry. O and let's not forget the mouse and rat problem management refuses to keep up on. No store serving food and coffee should be allowed to be open when there is feces around the Starbucks machinery and in the milk coolers. Management was informed and let the situation go for weeks before calling a service to come out. Nevermind the fact they are overpriced on just about every item they sell. Terrible!!!

I was there today. I stood in Deli section for 10 minutes and was completely ignored by ALL staff. Too busy to acknowledge customers. Not the first time.

I've given many pharmacies my business in the past, but ingles pharmacists are the best around ANYWHERE! Lisa, Nicole, and Codey are the absolute greatest. If I could give them 10 stars I would! Just check around at the other pharmacies in Jasper!!! You wont find anything better then Ingles people. I'm so grateful to have found them for the past several. Thank y'all

Absolutely the best pharmacy in Jasper. They know me by name and always have the medication ready when they say they will. Always friendly. Always accurate. If you have a question they take the time to answer and make sure you understand so there are no issues. Highly recommended!

I visit this store daily. It is clean and well stocked. It has a very large selection of organic food. They have an outstanding food bar and wonderful lemon poppyseed muffins. The staff is friendly and helpful. The store is open until midnight and I get my gas there as well. Having the bank and atm inside is a real bonus.

Pharmacy staff is friendly and fast. They are helpful is finding you the best price for drugs by looking at multiple prescription programs. I made the switch and am very happy with pricing and service.

Quite possibly the nicest grocery store I've shopped in. Clean, spacious, terrific selections and very friendly staff. I'm only visiting this area but I sure wish my Publix back home was as awesome as this Ingles.
