It's a shame you can't give Zero stars. You have to wait and wait to get someone to help you. When I called FedEx about needing to send documents I printed off out they told me to go to Walgreens! However, they don't carry envelopes (which FedEx knew I needed because I told them TWICE) and they act like you tried to slaughter their first born when you ask if they do. There is NO WHERE in Jasper where you can get envelopes to ship off documents and things by FedEx. Prepare to go to Canton or maybe Even Woodstock.

I had something shipped to me and they used FedEx well they didn't even try to deliver my package they put down that the address was wrong and tried to blame the company that shipped it. When I called the 800 number they asked what did I want them to do and when I told them they hung up all I said was deliver the package today like it was supposed to be. Terrible experience at Walgreens in Jasper!! I had a package to return and was told it was too tall and they didn’t have room for it!!! It was less then 4 foot tall and not heavy!

Will not do business with Fedex any longer. Several days late on package delivery and erroneously blamed the weather. Told me to come pick up the package myself. Also, terrible, rude customer service.

Never received two packages one didn't have to be signed for lost the next one had to be signed for someone sign not by myself or my wife FedEx doing nothing we have 89$ in these packages not going to let it go time for a lawer !!!
