Kept me informed when the car was towed in and through the process. Very pleasant to work with and communicate with. Liked the texting feature. All in all not your "normal" dealership experience. Love shopping with Day's.

I in particular appreciate Robert at the service desk. I actually followed him from the Canton to the Jasper Chevy dealership and bought my current car from the Jasper dealership. I like his service best.

Bought my 3rd truck from days, a used 2020 Colorado. Ricky and I discussed a problem the truck had the windshield washer was not working he said bring it back in for service, so Robert in service took it in fixed the washer and 3 other things things the tech found free of charge the same day and I was back on the road with no problems. Thank you again days in jasper is where I will buy all of my trucks for sure!

The service manager generally did not care about my concerns. I was informed that the noise I was hearing was considered normal. I tried to explain to him that this noise did not develop until approximately 10,000 miles and then went away for another 10,000 miles after another certified Chevrolet dealer replaced the rear axle housing cir-clips and spider gears. I was informed again that this was normal drivetrain noise even though this noise was not present for the first 10,000 miles or the 2nd 10,000 miles after the 1st repair. I asked the service manager if he would please call GMC Technical Service to have this documented and ask for assistance so that I could be provided a reference number. I was informed they would not be able to help and they aren’t going to come out and test drive the vehicle. I said but they might know of a known concern or a fix to the issue. I was informed I was entitled to a second opinion and could come pick up the truck.

Always trusted to get my oil changes and preventative maintenance done! Needed some new tires for my truck and they got them in and on within a couple of days! And they take good care of veterans too! ***** 5 STARS *****

My experience was wonderful. Tammy was very friendly and easy to talk with. I had inquired about a truck being factory delivered on May 18. However, she received a dealer transfer of a truck almost identical and called and asked if I was interested. I came the next day, looked at the truck and we got the price right and all was happy.

This is the first car I’ve ever financed. Brock was amazing and explained everything, answered any questions I had and just made the whole experience really easy. If I ever buy another new vehicle I’ll definitely buy it from Day’s.

Took my Equinox in for some warranty work. Problem was larger than I had expected and they needed the car for several days. Tim and the guys did what they could to help me find alternative wheels while they had my car. They found a loaner for me and then finished the car about a day sooner than originally thought it would take. Best of all, no charge for the work, even though I was 52,000 miles into a 60,000 mile warranty period. No questions asked. This was the best experience I have had getting a car serviced at a dealer. Great Job!!!

My sales person was so sweet and knowledgeable about my car. Andy was so so sweet. He explained everything to me that I did not understand he was patient with me. I would definitely recommend him to my friends. He kept me in the loop on what stage in the paper work their were in. He let me know that if I had any questions later I could call him. The dealership was so clean and neat. I am a chemo patient and I felt very safe in the business.
