This gym is by far one of the best gyms out there the place is clean and the staff is amazing they are always willing to help out the gym has an amazing Community as well everyone is very friendly and will always help out

As a first time gym member, I was very nervous and I didn’t not know where to start. Bodyplex provided a safe and comforting environment for me to begin my fitness journey. They have excellent recourses for everyone, from beginners to lifting experts, and a large array of equipment. Overall a great gym!

Everybody is really nice. I was a little intimated about joining a gym and the environment here is so welcoming. The facility is too notch.

We are open 24 hours because we understand that you need the flexibility to come when you want.
We provide a family friendly, non-intimidating environment for members 8 years and older. We offer tons of strength and cardio equipment along with classes for you best workout ever, then hit the sauna when its done to finish it off. We provide tanning, childcare and hydromassage options also. When you're done, shower up and head to home or work and do what's best for YOU.
