“Josh & Steven will get you worked in as soon as time allows. Stopped by and asked Josh to listen to car as it was making odd sound when accelerating. He drove it and identified that it was the converter that has just been replaced weeks earlier and recommended returning to mechanic who did the work instead of attempting to get work for himself. That earned him customers from our family.”
“Went in for excessive brake noise when applying brakes. They not only called to tell me what was going on they texted me pics of the issues. I asked for a dumbed down version since I don’t know technical details of brakes issues. They explained in very easy terms I could understand. This Gentleman helped me with 4 new tires for my truck just a week ago, I did not get his name but he is always super friendly and helpful when I call Roland tires! Just moved here from Central Florida a month ago and already feel I have my Truck and RV shop for life!”

“I had a rocky start with these guys, was hard to get in with the customer service team and the owner, but once I did they made sure everything was right. I believe they were getting false info from a company they use called “route”. The owner seemed a bit catty and would only project his side so you could never get to the actual problem. Once the customer service team stepped in everything was made right.Product received as ordered.”

“Twice this week my car would not start due to a dead battery. I had purchases the battery in March of this year with a 36 month warranty. When I was able to jump it off and return to the store, they tested and said the battery was ok - maybe something was drawing down the power. So, I called two Ford dealerships and was told by both locations it would be 3 weeks before I could get a service appointment. I then called Shottenkirk, spoke to John in their service department, and found someone willing to assist me that day. He encouraged me to bring the car in and they would do their best to look into the problem and get it back to me by Friday - two days before Christmas. I drove the car to Jasper within the hour and was assisted by Rocky, another service rep. He also was very accommodating and said he would call once a diagnosis was determined. He called me today and advised it was a defective battery. They tested it and found it would not hold a charge. All the assistance they gave me as a first time customer was free - no charge for anything. ABSOLUTELY the best Customer Service I have received at a dealership EVER. I highly recommend their dealership service department.”
