I had a problem with our kitchen cabinet drawers built and installed year 2000. The plastic hanger in the back broke on the bottom and the drawer and my wife wasn't happy. I went there looking for a replacement and the gentleman explained they don't make then anymore and told where I might find some that would work as well as how to fix the problem with a board and screws. Drawers fixed and my wife is happy.

I was not familiar with this company but my contractor ordered a custom door for me through them and had been pleased with their products and service. The door was ordered in January with a promise of delivery in six weeks. I just got the door today over six months later with an explanation of the place that makes the door being short handed. The door was delivered and they lost it and so it had to be reordered and I got it in one week! They were supposed to deliver it yesterday and I waited all day for a call and nothing. I called them this morning and they wanted to put me off to Monday or Tuesday of next week and I said that it must be delivered today because it was to be installed tomorrow. I told them it would have to be after two when they delivered it because I would not be home and they said they would see what they could do. The lady I was talking to was always nice but someone there is incompetent. The door was delivered when I wasn't at home with a threat of rain. They still charged me the delivery charge. I thought that saving me the fifty dollars would have been the least they could do after paying almost $2400 for the door. I don't planning on using them again!
