I get this store to exchange headphone they had what I needed the cashier told me we are out of headphone that you want but there was one in the store when I ask for that she said we can’t sale it than she said no it’s just an empty box.
She was not nice to me at all.

Just a little clarification for those wondering. PFJ is an 8 billion dollar corporate enterprise, while us drivers are out here struggling. This location has 200 parking spots with at least another 100 trucks parking around the building, yet they only have 14 showers, and only about 3-5 paid staff on duty at night?? I get here and there are 10 drivers waiting which will take 2 hours..and the poor lady on duty complains that we are taking long showers..I'm not mad at her or the long showers, most of us are having to park on the side of the road for most of our breaks, so yeah I'm taking a long shower too, the problem is that PFJ is still putting this money in their pockets while our physical and mental health are going into the toilet. THANKS PFJ!!!!!! God is the final judge, don't forget that!!

They turned the volume down, it is much more pleasant.

I just came by here and the lady at the counter was to busy flirting with a trucker found out she didn't scan my loyalty but couldn't even get the receipt she wouldn't acknowledge me on the way out so I just left... not coming back to this one I can't afford the carelessness

Parking is an absolute flustercluck after 1700! They've put only about 10 reserves by the building, the rest....in the farthest back of the lot. We are swing shift drivers so must get a reserve occasionally. Why pay for the farthest walk? After 1700 you will be trying to get around trucks not in actual spots, blocking access and basically terrible drivers in a rush. Staff is sort of 'a body doing their job but rather not'. Not conversational at all. Shannon in the morning definitely doesn't want to be there, I asked her some questions and she seemed strained to answer, hopefully just a bad morning for her? The new Flying J Steak, Egg, Cheese Hoagie looked good however it is about 80% bread with some shredded beef, occasionally egg and you have to look really hard for cheese! I think I saw something orange on the bread...anyway looks like Pilot is trying to make money by selling bread as a sandwich. Place is relatively clean, bathrooms are passable but the washing machines are really gross. I had to wash a shirt my husband got stained so no choice here, but I would never put our regular clothes in these filthy (top loading) washers! Didn't see the showers so no comment there. There's a lounge for drivers which is nice and a 'casino' area in an unoccupied room. Might be nice to put in a pool table instead of slot machines. Give drivers something to do other than gamble or just look at their phones. Fairly typical Flying J for the east, nothing special.

I stayed for my 10hr break at this location. I understand this truck stop on I75 in Jackson Georgia stays busy. Their shower stalls are filthy. Mold, dust all over the ceilings and walls. They absolutely need some deep cleaning in this location. Nasty Nasty. The staff was very pleasant here. The store was clean.

I want to give high praise to front desk cashier Tomeka. She is just awesome. I have come to this location for 13 years and Tomeka is the best ever. Friendly, fast and very efficient…! Don’t ever lose her..!!!

Great option for truckers. Showers, news, massage chairs in a nice sitting area, lots of food items. For parents with kids, I'd recommend Loves Travel Center down the road near Forsyth. I didn't feel comfortable taking my little girl past all that. Staff and purchasing options were good. Gas prices were competitive. Yes, if you are traveling with your pet,they are pet friendly.

There’s this crazy white woman that was working the cash register around 4 pm on a Wednesday that couldn’t take a compliment. She took my compliment as an insult and got smart with me lol. She had the typical racist vibes. Other than that the rest of the staff are really cool people.

Avoid this Flying Hook....literally reserved parking way in the back...after I just fueled my truck at 800 bucks...you can forget it..stop being greedy...I worked in a truck stop before driving truck and you make enough off the companies in fuel.. just greedy in an already tight market.
