They ladies at the front desk are very kind! I was running late for my pups appointment and they were very understanding! The vet explained everything to me in a way so that I could understand what was wrong with my pup. Would recommend 100% to anyone looking for a vet.

I have always taken my pets here to get treated but recently the customer service has been terrible. any time i had to call to reschedule my appointment due to family issues/work i was always met with an attitude from the receptionist. this has been my last straw. today i called to confirm my appointment for the next day and she basically told me she couldnt find my name and the only thing that came up was my "no-show" the week before. i had already rescheduled for the next week but whoever i talked to must not have rescheduled me at all. i gave 4 stars because the vets here are amazing!!
