This store has customer service down pact!!!! The deli is awesome and food is fresh!!! The customer service is amazing. I would recommend that EVERYONE in the JAckson, GA area go here for all of your grocery needs.

They glued popourri incense balls to my cactus. When watering cactus once after weeks of having it i bumped it and there was hot glue holding it on. I was offended needless to say. All other experiences are thumbs up.

I've complain mostly about Ingles deli. From Madison County to Henry County and Butts County there deli needs more attention. Good customer service skills are need there. Engage with your shopper, speak clearly, and don't whimp out when you see someone coming to place an order. Happily greet them.
