I have rented storage units for 5 continuous years in 5 different locations. This was, by far, the most advanced, seamless admin that I’ve experienced. I made a call, a professional answered and had me set up, ready to move in after a few minutes and easy E-sign. Literally, I was able to move in after 5 minutes. A combination was given to me for gate and a lock on units, viola, a new lock was waiting for me inside units. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FULL BASEMENT STORAGE!

I wanted to say that working with Full Basement Self Storage was very smooth. We had one issue where there was a problem with the gate code. We called them and they gave us a way to open it with our phone. No more problems. I had a small mold problem on a piece of furniture which was unfortunate. Not something they did at all the unit was dry. I would recommend getting the insurance if you are storing cloth furniture just in case. Like I said this was not caused by leaking or any other problem with the unit. Thanks for being there during a difficult time guys.

I love the low price of $45 for my small unit and the convenience of paying automatically or calling it in with a 9 nine day grace period! I've never had any issues with this company and I've been using them for almost 9 months. Customer service is on point as well! I highly recommend storing your precious belongings in this secure environment.

The app is great! Using the app to open the gate is so much better than having to open my car window or door and punching in a code. I highly recommend this app!
