I scheduled a COVID-19 test at this location, using the online platform. It said that they offered testing at this location and upon arrival there were signs saying the same. However, the drive through attendant told me that testing was not offered here, and was very rude and unhelpful. No apology was offered, no conflict resolution was offered, no help was offered.I always disgusted with the way I was treated.

Unprofessional, Rude to the fullest. I understand the power was coming and going. I was standing very patiently to see if the system in the pharmacy was going to come back from being out. The customer service woman walked right past me and starting speaking with the employees of the pharmacy to say to close the doors cause the system was not coming back saw me and did not say a word “ like we apologize for the inconvenience or something to that fact”. No she just walks past me not saying anything and she is working in Customer Service. CVS needs to revalue the employees. I will never come to this place again and I will not ever recommend anyone to buy from this location.

I'm only giving a 4 star because of the employees. As for CVS itself I give 0 stars. I was there today to get pictures put on CD's for awhile. I watched how the lady up front was training a new girl, then stocking, helping with customers. Then she was so gracious to help me with my index prints. The machine ran our of paper and she had to change it out and work on it to print out my index prints. I asked her why CVS don't have someone come out to service it rather than her having to do all that work, which I'm sure she don't get paid well for. She stated it was up to them to maintain it. I found that rather appalling that this huge store chain would expect their employees to do all this work. I commend the woman for all she did while doing everything else. She also had a great attitude, shame on you CVS for how you treat your employee's.

Worst Pharmacy the one guy pharmacist is utterly rude and unable to work with. Also, the pharmacy is the hardest place to get in touch with they do not pick up the phone. You will be on hold for 10 to 20 minutes.

Why is this place open if nobody knows how to do their job? I go get my grandmother's medicine. They couldn't look it up and find it but the girl was nice and polite. I get to my grandparents house and cvs calls us to let us know they gave us a medicine she is allergic to! There is a note in the computer of it. Ok so I go back. The girl at the window this time was rude and unprofessional! Told me she couldn't do the refund I need to wait. So she doesn't know how to do her job either. Then come back and told me I needed to move out the drive thru because they where getting a line. So I need to come inside and be around sick ppl? I can't safely sir in the thru because you can't do your job?? It's always always something with this place these girls are more worried about throwing attitude than the caring job they should be proud of this place is a joke!

I wish I could give half a star, always seem to close a couple minutes early but can’t manage to open a couple minutes early. Late, rather. Terrible customer service half the time as well, however on occasion, there is one lady who is sweet. Wish I knew her name.
