This is our local store. Hasn't to be one of the worst franchise store open... Nasty... Most of the shelves are in dis array.. mostly empty... Carts of stock in aisles ways... Just poorly ran business.

Still can't take credit cards, DG is losing hundreds of dollars on a daily basis (aggravated customers storming out) two hours of shopping they leave the cart full, happens daily because of a stupid cc machine.. most shelves are still empty and getting worse everyday, the ability to process a credit card is fundamental for any company to be successful, this has been going for over a month! As a DG stock holder this is completely unacceptable... Will be selling it all shortly! Obviously most DG stores are on their way down... get out early!

I picked up some items. When I went to pay for them. The price come up wrong. The cashier tells me she can't change the price. Found out no manager was there. The cashier was working by herself

The couple of employees they have don't know what they are doing, not trained correctly, not do they care. You never know when they are open, some days they are not open at all!

The lady checking out ahead of me was having a little trouble with her money and the number of items she wished to buy. The employee, a young man, was so helpful to her — never rushing , adding and subtracting her items so that the money she wanted to spend was correct. I was so impressed with this young man. And yes, I did tell him that his kindness was witness by all of us in line. Reminds me that Irwinton is a better place with young folks like him.
