“Lately, they've just been understaffed. I don't like the fact that they just started scanning my packages as "delivered" but I receive them two days later. This is pretty recent, at least for us. The nice lady at the counter was very candid and apologetic. She explained the situation. They need people.”

“I shipped some handmade toys to a friend through this location. Soon as I walked in someone came from around back to help me, weigh my package, rang up the shipping total and the package was received within 3 days.”
“Today was my 2nd time at this location. Last year I had my passport application appointment here. The clerk was very courteous and timely. She helped ensure my application forms were completed correctly and informed me about the details of every step in the process once my application was mailed.
Today I had to pick up a certified package that wasn't delivered and mail an international package. I came at 1pm, fearing it'd be busy. I was the only person in line, there were 2 clerks working, and they answered all my questions again. I only had to wait a few minutes to be helped. They even went out of their way to double check my international tracking concerns.
They're currently doing a lot of construction. I hope that helps alleviate past mailbox quality concerns. It looks like they could be expanding the clerk's desks to allow more people to help customers.
My only gripe is that I saw the postal worker deliver other mail to my home on my ring camera while I was home. But they didn't ring my doorbell to try & deliver my certified package. I wish I didn't have to come pick it up in person, but it helped me complete another errand I had put off.”

“The staff is incredibly helpful and efficient. packages are always accurately tracked with USPS informed delivery. They are stored for pick up or placed in a parcel locker for access outside of their hours if you have a PO Box here. Outgoing mail process is quick, easy, and reliable with the staff they have staying on top of it.”
