The cashier tonight had a very nasty attitude I came there in line & this cashier was talking badly about this customer over some loose change! Encase this cashier didn’t know but loose change is American currency & even went as far as saying that they are ugly & “I know she ain’t talking to me” to the customer because the customer asked why is she being rude? The employee needs to do better shouldn’t be having an attitude with someone because your having a bad day.

You have three near us and none of them have the shelves stocked to sell anythng. The isles are a mess with boxes but no product to buy. You could make more money if shelves were full. Hire senor citizens to stock shelves they would love the work and a few extra dollars for food.

I can usually find what I'm looking for at the Hull location, but the place is always cluttered with carts that are stacked with product, and it looks like it hasn't been cleaned/mopped/wiped down/dusted in months. The cleanest part of that store is the front counter where the registers are. There's usually only ever one person there, and they are usually working the register. I've seen how busy the place can get, there is absolutely no time for that single employee to stock product and run the register. That location needs more staff. I've only ever seen someone stocking product one time in the refrigerated section, and that was probably because they couldn't just leave the cart on the floor filled with product that would go bad. I'm not knocking on the employees at all, they are always friendly and if they aren't helping someone at the register they will greet you when you walk in the door. And they are always pleasant when they speak with you at the register. The manager just needs to either schedule or hire more people to work during the day to get that location cleaned up. We're in the middle of a pandemic, the last place some people want to shop is a place that looks like it hasn't had a good deep clean in months. Hire or schedule more staff to get the place cleaned up. It isn't that hard to bring in a crew from another couple of stores to do an overnight deep clean.

In shambles most of the time, but they have a small variety of products and prices are sometimes really good. Staff is polite and it's a convenient place to grab non specific stuff, so no complaints really.
