Terrible. Incredibly rude and disorganized. Absolutely not reliable. I have used CVS for years! This isn’t my first issue with them and I’ve HAD ENOUGH! I will be getting my medication elsewhere!

All I can say is I’ve used them for over 25 years and the past 3 times I’ve had experience with the pharmacy it’s been absolutely terrible. They absolutely will not answer your phone call , which to me is vital if you have questions about a prescription. The service at the pharmacy is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Sad thing is I remember this to be the exact opposite. I will no longer use them and again. Any pharmacy would do a better job than these guys.

Pharmacist was extremely rude while he provided what turned out to be INCORRECT dosing information on an over the counter product.

I had passport photos taken here because they where guarenteed to be passport compliant. Well got a letter from US state department saying the photos could not be used because of the background. So that was a waste of time and money.

Received a call from them stating my son's refill was in process for something he is no longer taking and new prescription was being processed but is out if stock. I tried calling them back several times to cancel his refill and to find out when his new meds would be arriving only to be on hold from 20 to 30 minutes every time. With as many people in the pharmacy there is no excuse for this to happen. How can you get help if you won't answer the phone. I live almost 40 minutes away so in order to get answers I had to drive there. So much for great customer service. Time to find me another pharmacy.

Having many prescription medications, I visit this store very often and in comparison with other pharmacies, this store and their staff are friendly, timely, knowledgeable, and most importantly, always on the lookout for ways to help you save money on your medications ?

Dropped off film February 27 2022 went back multiple times and I was told it hadn’t been returned. Went back in March 15 2020 and they found my film still in the package unprocessed and proceeded to tell me it was scheduled to be picked up that day. Staff has been very unhelpful and unfriendly to the point of intentionally ignoring you while at the photo center waiting for help. The store at the photo center is in total disarray and it’s no surprise they have no idea what they have laying around back there. Choose anywhere but here to take your business or be prepared for a headache.

This place is full of shyte. If your doctor is located out of town they won't fill your prescription. What's the world coming to? People probably dying and they denying, contributing to their death smh.

Photo center mixed up my prints with someone else's then wanted me to bring them back!! I told them it was too far to go. There was silence and I just said I'd throw them away. I actually found the name and number of the person the pictures belong to on a card mixed in with mine. She only lives like 5 minutes away! So we're going to meet up. Won't be using their photo center ever again!

Michelle always makes me smile when coming into the store and she is so helpful with finding things and making sure I’m taken care of while I’m there and on top of that she got me a extra care card and it’s saving me money every time I go to the store! Love this store. I go every day!

Awful, awful, awful! After chasing a blood pressure prescription for two days due to an insurance change, I was told by Matthew, the pharmacist, “I don’t know what to tell you, and I’m going to hang up because I have other people to take care of.” At this point, I’m pretty sure I’ll just pay the extra money and pay out of pocket to keep my sanity!
