Didn’t have what I was looking for when I arrived however the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful—they had just about everything else you could ever want or need in stock. A big upside for this business is the owner—he takes a genuine interest in his business and it shows. Will definitely be back next time I’m in Georgia.

TSG is a pretty neat little gun store and Keith, an employee of TSG was super nice the one time I went the store. I had ordered a PSA lower receiver to like other folk, I had chosen TSG for my FFL shipment like others had. When I called to make sure TSG was aware of my request to receive my PSA shipment, I too was told it was not going to happen. Keith explained of the issues TSG has had with PSA, so I ended up in Winder at another gun store, 1 week later and with my receiver in hand. Problems or no problems, these shipments are ultimately your customers giving you a reason to sell the something else? If you want me in your store, you should accept just about any way to get me in there? I bought a lower only, you could have sold me the rest of my gun build? Now I go buy my lower from another store, receive great customer owner interactions elsewhere, so why should I come in your store? All this because of alleged problems? Problems with a system where people order items, the items are shipped, you receive the item, and you call the customer to come pickup, it’s that easy. I suggest, if TSG gets a PSA package, just process the shipment and and be glad you just got a new customer. If you see they bought a lower AR receiver, be ready to offer a fine deal for the customer to build their weapon. I want to shop a store that stands behind their products, no bad mouthing other products or companies.I need a reason to come into a store, not a reason to stay away. Your decision to not accept PSA products, basically means I cannot buy what I want without having to drive miles away when you are right down the road. As far as Keith, keep up the friendly interaction with your customers, it’s very nice.....

This is the best store of its kind ever. So glad it is near to me. The people here are very knowledgeable and patient. I bought two hand guns there and I am so pleased at the information before the sale and the guns themselves. Mr. Sells is awesome! I am glad he is our mayor now.

Went in to purchase a shotgun, staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Not only purchased a rifle, but ammo, bag, and other items. I will be doing more business here.
