This is the only Verizon store I will go to. Mrs. Theresa Is absolutely wonderful! She is extremely knowledgeable, professional and compassionate. She truly values her customers and is always there to help and/or resolve any concerns with Verizon. I love that I can go to her with questions or issues with my Verizon and not have to spend hours on the phone calling support. Thank you for always making my experiences and purchases hassle free.

Mrs. Theresa is one of the most personable people you would ever want to meet. I have gone to other Verizon location for various services, but they came short when compared to this store and it’s customer service bar none. I love this store and it’s customer service representative. I will not take my business to any other Verizon locations. Thank you team for delivering outstanding service all the time every time!!!!

I was having a few issues with my iPhone and had some questions regarding my phone plan/account so I stopped at my local Verizon store in Hoschton. Teresa was able to help me with all of my questions/issues as she always has for years! She was so quick to offer assistance, solve all matters I needed and let me know if I have any more questions or issues I am welcome to come back to see her or give her a call. I absolutely love going in her store. Teresa has the most upbeat friendliest attitude. Her customer service skills and knowledge are miraculous!!!!! Always going above and beyond to take care of her customers. Thank you Teresa for keeping our “over growing small town” great!!! It’s people like you who make life easier and a little less stressful during hard times!!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is not an honest retailer. They quoted me a price for a new replacement phone and I signed documents to that effect. Then they switched the first three pages that did not contain my signature, to show a much higher cost. Not honest. I would never visit this store again.

We have purchased several phones from Teresa and she is great! Always willing to help, no matter how simple or difficult the issue seems to be. She gives good service without trying to sell you something you don't need or want. I would highly recommend her store!

Teresa is awesome to work with. She is very personable and customer focused. I came in to terminate a line which was no revenue for her, but she was very helpful. I will definitely go to this store again hopefully to purchase/expand my service. She definitely deserves a 5-star rating!
