Extremely long wait times and stylist do don’t seem to care that you are waiting. Should have more stylists if the location is so busy. Check in online is pointless. I waited at home for 48 mins to arrive like I was advised to see my wait time had went back up to 28 mins. The whole purpose of Great Clips is to be able to get a quick cut and avoid making appointments with a salon that take longer. I guess Jefferson has to put up with this because we do not have another option.

Mrs. Randy, who is the manager of this great clips location cut my hair. I haven't had my hair cut in over a year so I was nervous about going to see a new stylist, but Mrs. Randy exceeded my expectations. She listened to what I wanted & cut my hair exactly the way I asked her too. She was friendly which made this the best Great Clips/haircut experience I've had.

I was coming out of Publix when I saw the Great Clips….feeling down when I walked in. I was on Cloud 9 when I walked out. Oh my goodness Frank was AMAZING. He gave me “the works”. I am so grateful!
My hair looks and feels FABULOUS!

I wish there was a way to leave negative stars because that’s what this location needs. I go in for a haircut and it’s a complete disaster. Instead of a professional haircut I got a messy choppy haircut that could have been done by a child. I will NEVER go back to this place and highly recommend no one else to go here. Just close this location because they honestly do not care.

Terrible experience. Usually a kids first bad haircut is due to their own hand, not from a paid stylist! Came here because my girl needed a quick bang trim and we wanted some layers in her hair. I assumed layers were a fairly basic skill in the hair industry, but apparently it is not. I am absolutely devastated with this outcome. My child does great in the chair. She has been sitting by herself since she was a toddler so you can’t even make the argument that she is a jittery child and that’s why it looks so bad. I regretfully didn’t say anything at the store as I was embarrassed and just wanted to get out of there. Needless to say, I did not trust them to try to fix it anyway. I wish the stylist would have told me that she did not know how to cut layers because I cannot believe that she looked at this and thought to herself “I did a great job”. I’m not going to name drop, just be cautious about going here. At least one of the stylists does not know what she is doing. At the end of the day, I learned a lesson - do not ever go to great clips for anything more than a buzz cut or a blunt cut. If you need any shaping or layers, be patient and wait to be scheduled with a stylist who does not work at a place that only cares about sitting as many people in the chair as possible and rushing their work. Find someone who actually wants to do a good job!

The techs are nice and keep a record of what one gets done so it can be repeated on subsequent visits. Wait times aren't always accurate, but are generally pretty close.

I got my beard done and the lady was so shaky that she had to keep lowering the edges and it was still crooked. I ended up having to shave it off at the house. The manager cant follow directions and couldnt be bother to ask questions when cutting my wifes hair and messed her hair up. Great clips is probably the worst place you can go to get your hair done. Its for all the rejects who couldnt make it as a hair stylist at a salon. Its not even just this location its alot of them. This incident just happened here. We have a wedding in a week in germany. So much for that

I went in there, asking for a mullet and she gave me a mohawk and I asked her just to cut off the back and she was rough with it. Horrible customer service. RANDI
