“The staff are always incredibly helpful. I'm currently restoring my 1999 Ford Ranger piece by piece and they are doing a fantastic job of helping me out. I drive past several parts stores to come to this O'Reilly every time I need something. The pricing on parts here seems to be much better than most of their competition and I'm under the impression that they either train their staff and their competitors don't or they vet them for knowledge within the industry before hiring because I've never had an employee at any O'Reilly tell me they didn't know what a starter motor was. Keep up the good work!”

Had bought parts for a hunting vehicle, Well needless to say storms that passed through Jackson County left me with a tree on a crushed vehicle. Parts had been purchased 2 days prior to storm. Returned all parts, no ?s. Asked.”
