“I LOVE this Pharmacy. Everyone is so amazing and kind and they have the best pharmacist out there. Both pharmacist are fast, kind, respectful. I can't say enough good things about the pharmacy staff... now the lunch counter has very good food for cheap but the older ladies that are there are not friendly at all and they are actually very rude to my 5 year old son everytime we go in there. I don't know why. I actually quit ordering food there every month when I do because the ladies are so rude. They need to put some new younger faces to work there. Not saying being older is bad just the only people they want to serve is the older crowd it seems like. And I've been going there for years every month.. pharmacist y side is amazing 10/10 but food counter is 2/10 and that's because the food is good and it's affordable”

The pharmacists are friendly and very quick to get you the medication that you need. The Deli counter is fantastic and the food is excellent. This store has the old time feel and makes you feel like you are at home.”

“This is my Pharmacy I go NO WHERE ELSE the medication I have to take has to be ordered every month I can take my prescription up there on a Thursday and they have it Friday I have never run out other Pharmacies in this town are Corporate owned and order meds once a week this is my HOME TOWN Pharmacy and the ladies who work there are AWESOME give them a try you want go back to Corporate Pharmacy ever again”

I'm really happy to have a place to come and have someone I feel comfortable talking to who will listen to my concerns and actually care about what I have to say. I usually hate having to go to pharmacies, and this used to not be as good with the last pharmacist in charge here, but now with Dr. Wrenn, everything is so much better. I will definitely be bringing all my prescriptions here. :)”

“There was a mix up with my son’s insulin prescription at another CVS location, I didn’t realize they had given him the vials of insulin instead of the insulin pens that he was prescribed until I had already gotten home. I live about 40 mins away from that location and didn’t have a way to get back, so I called my usual location, in Commerce, to inquire about regular insulin needles. Memphis was very apologetic about the mix up, he told me to come to the pharmacy and he would get the needles my son needed. When I got there, he apologized again, he had the needles waiting for me when I got there. He took extra time to explain everything and teach me how to administer the insulin. His product knowledge was great! He has an outstanding attitude, he was so polite, professional, and personable. I cannot say enough good things about him. Sadly, it’s not as common to receive great customer service these days, so it’s very refreshing when you do. I appreciate him for not only his superb customer service, but for him helping make it possible for my son to get the insulin he needed. A big big THANK YOU to Memphis!!!!!!”
