“The service is always great here. I end up filling up my whole cart or buggy up. I can spend little here but get a lot of food items I need for lunch during the work week. I absolutely love this place instead of places like Ingles or Walmart.”

Store is clean but I can tell the staff is doing the job of at least two people. They could use some help! I’m in there all the time. Cashier shouldn’t have to work all over the store! “I usually enjoy shopping at Dollar General. But the other day when I was shopping for a DoorDash customer at the Gillsville location, the cashier was very rude to me. I couldn't get a good signal on my phone and I was having trouble using the red card to pay for the item, which was one jug of tea. The female cashier had her daughter with her and was scolding her. Then she actually had the nerve to raise her voice to me, a customer. I tried to be nice, although I wanted to tell her off. This encounter has been bothering me ever since. I don't usually report things, but I feel this needs to be addressed. Aside from this very unpleasant experience, I think Dollar General is great and I enjoy shopping for good deals there.”
“Scott and Amanda are the best! Great customer service. Scott is always friendly and helpful every time in in. I live near by so I'm in at least weekly. This location sometimes is out of stock of stuff, but it usually comes back in.”

“When I was in Dollar General, it seems they had the like of organization in the store. The end caps were crowed and it was hard to navigate around it they were out of a lot of items i needed,so needless to say I went else where. Need to work on this guy's, cause I'll be back to check on you soon”

“The ladies at this dollar tree work extra hard and overtime to keep the shelves stocked and organized. My own mother lives a few towns over and likes to come to ours because it's the best stocked one. The ladies are also very kind and helpful. I've never once been treated badly there at all. They are ALWAYS working hard. Definitely deserve a special shout out! Thank you ladies for making the holidays possible. They are truly Santa's elves. ??”
