I like dogs but I'm concerned regarding the presence of dogs in Walmart stores. While I understand that service animals are essential and permitted by law, the increasing number of non-service dogs in the store is troubling.
Allowing non-service dogs can pose several issues:
*Health and Safety Risks: Dogs can carry allergens, which can affect customers with allergies or respiratory issues. Additionally, there is a risk of dog bites or other incidents.
*Sanitation Concerns: Dogs may have accidents inside the store, leading to hygiene problems and additional cleaning requirements.
*Distraction and Discomfort: Some customers may feel uncomfortable, afraid or distracted by the presence of dogs, impacting their shopping experience.
I kindly requested that Walmart reinforce its policy to allow only service animals and ensures clear communication to customers regarding this rule. This will help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all shoppers.

Cartersville, Ga. Walmart is a magnet for crime and drugs. Overnight and now extended parking is out of control and is an eye sore on our community. Please police your stores, this particular store is just nasty.

I wish I could give zero stars. We waited in the hunting/sports area for 20 minutes without anyone passing by. I called the store three times and no answer. This was one of the most unprofessional and horrible experiences I’ve had in ANY store. Absolutely ridiculous. A representative from another Walmart store even attempted to help us. She called THREE people in the store and each of them told her they’d be back there in just a minute. We waited another 10 minutes and still no one. Walmart should be disgusted at how their employees acted and the pure lack of service provided.

1. Grocery pick up has improved, but still not as efficient as other places.
2. Basket relatively available around the store
3. Contactless purchasing. Almost everywhere else has adapted this, but still can't pay with my phone when I forget my wallet.
4. Self check out is terrible now. Kept requesting the associate while scanning. Stating possible Miss scan. Very frustrated. It makes you feel like you're a criminal. I'd rather go back to cashiers in this case.

I have 2 other Wal-Mart stores near my house. I go to this one because it's ways clean. Updated equipment and products. It's a pleasure to shop here.
