I have Walmart plus and get my deliveries from here for the last 2 yrs. I am a shut in and they have been a life line of sorts. They have what I want at the right price

Every time I come in here I seem to have a different problem. Today, I was coming in to purchase a pair of tights, as they are very cheap at walmart and typically where I get mine. When I get to the tights section, all of the $2 pairs have been ripped out of their boxes and the section is just nasty and dirty looking, tights and cardboard everywhere. I then, found a pair and took it to the self checkout because for some reason walmart has us do their job now, and stood there for almost 10 minutes waiting for help because the worker was too busy talking and laughing with her friend to cancel my transaction for TEN DOLLAR tights. ridiculous, this walmart has become such a hassle for me to go to and I'd rather drive twenty minutes away to another one then to continue to give this walmart my business. On top of that, a different day, an older lady with white hair that helps with self checkout was beckoned by a family who was only spanish speaking who needed help, she looked very frustrated when the family was trying their best to explain to her what happened, when she came to help me, she mumbled under her breath, "it's a lot easier when you speak english" like I'd laugh at her joke. This place is the joke.

Plus, their customer service is top-notch. You'll always find friendly and helpful staff ready to assist you. And let's not forget about their convenient services like online shopping and pickup. The customer service desk operator named Melissa stole $41 dollars from me, she messed up multiple transactions, lied about doing so, and lost my receipts in between purchases, when there manager Brian came over to intervene, he chose to be extremely unprofessional, refused to help at all and got upset that i pointed my fingers, imagine a manager deciding your not worth helping because you talk with your hands mind you I never cussed or anything like that Brian was looking for a way from the start to not help. they refused to do a return for the receipt they lost, so we sat there for over an hour, where they continued to fail to find the receipt, there excuse was it wont post for 24 hours even though the second receipt posted in under a minute. they ended up issuing me a Walmart gift card with half the amount they stole from me on it. I went home and checked my bank account, as i was about to report walmart for fraud and stealing my money, thats when I figured it out, walmart never charged me for the first transaction, Melissa is specifically bad at her job, and caused this entire headache, Brian should have been able to do a minimum and resolve this issue pretty fast. instead I was given a gift card for $20 for a refund purchase they never actually rung up. Every part of walmarts system was a joke and it failed the customer, Brian and Melissa failed the customers

When at Christmas we bought walrtmart visa gift cards we had a mishap when one of them supposedly didn't work with the barcode the employee suggested taking another one in the end we paid to find out some time later that the card is inactive that is, it has no money the store disclaims of any problem with this claiming there is really nothing to do 75.00 plus activation and simply a sorry there is nothing to do

They can't deliver stuff even remotely on time. Its like the fact that they would be busy for Christmas took them by surprise. I've waited 10+ over the expected delivery time and it never came. This is just bad management somewhere up the chain! Today I read online that I should wait 48 MORE hours for it to come. Are you kidding me, HELL NO. You lost yourself a customer and a walmart+ member. I'm going to target

If I could give 0 stars I would! Twice they have given me the wrong person's groceries and I had to drive in an hours worth of rush hour traffic to get home only to have to turn around to get the correct groceries. So thanks for wasting a lot my Very Expensive Gas in my Car that likes to suck it down very fast in the first place. And I had to do that Twice! I usually have to wait at least 30 minutes for pickup. But their average is 60-90 minute wait times even if you check in. It's ridiculous. They repeatedly come to your window and ask your name after you have told that same person what it is and even spelled it for them. And isn't the whole point of logging in with your parking number and info supposed to solve these problems! It is the worst for pickup. I have picked up at a lot of them and never had so many problems. Today they told me I didn't have an order. I told them yes I do. She argued with me that I don't and then magically she was able to find it. I wish they would reimburse me for all my wasted gas! Because baby it is not cheap! Avoid this one like the plague!!!. Btw today my disabled son who had been in therapy for 8 hrs today and wanted to go home so bad and I had to wait for over 60 minutes today for 2 hats! That's it! Two hats! They kept telling me they were coming right back. I should have known it was a lie. My poor son had to sit there and wait because they could care less! I am not going back to Holly Springs!!! I told them my son was disabled and needed to get home when I got there. I guess that's how they treat the disabled!

I just shopped at holly springs Walmart on Feb 3, 2022. The MOST HORRENDOUS experience EVER. I slipped and fell on something on the floor near checkout since I had no obvious injuries I just notified the worker requesting it to be cleaned before anyone else got hurt. SHE TOLD ME WHEN I DROP THINGS TO PICK THEM UP QUICKLY AND COMPLETELY! Seriously? I let it go and continued to scan. An item that CLEARLY had a yellow reduced price tag didn't scan correctly I requested assistance. Same worker THIS time she told me I can't just put yellow stickers on any item! I can NOT even begin to tell you how insulting and rude this was. I went to customer service asked for a manager waited 10 minutes no one came. I left angrier than before and called from the car and after requesting A manager ANY manager I was put on hold for 9 minutes. I'm FURIOUS! I was so incensed I accidentally left a bag at the checkout drove home 15 minutes away. When I realized the package was left behind I went back receipt in hand and hand yet ANOTHER unhelpful aggravating encounter while TRYING to get my items! This is by far the biggest lack of customer service I've EVER encountered. I was a guest in this particular store but I do shop at Walmart in elizabethton Tennessee snd Boone NC where I live. Never again. There are Publix and Food City close by and I've NEVER been mistreated in any one of those. I have asked my husband to close out our accounts with Walmart and all I can add now is you should be ashamed of your lack of customer service and appreciation

There is a very friendly and helpful women at this shop named Kayla and she was very nice and really just made my day. She is somebody that put a smile on my face and would for forever. She was extremely breathtaking and had the voice of an angel. I now go to Walmart everyday at 6 Am and wait for her shift to start so my day can be complete everyday.

WT heck !Handicap parking spots removed ! Placed grocery pick up spots instead. What's wrong with this decision?! My parents are handicapped, we have a handicap plaque. Why would Walmart decrease Handicap parking for the disabled? Really !? I have to park and walk my parents with their canes from a long distance since they can not be left alone in front of the store safely . Please put more handicap parking back in for the safety of your customers.

What in the flea market is going on here? Why is there Xfinity sales people in the middle of the isle every single time you go in to this store. Why do they try to solicit your business every single time you walk bye??? I'm with my family shopping and yet even after I say, no thank you the sales person continues following us asking about my cable bill. My bills are none of your business, unless you want to pay them. I understand sales people have to make a living too, but damn man, I just want to get baby food, groceries and diapers and get back home with my fussy toddler. From now on I will take my business to Target where I don't feel like I'm walking through a flea market. I'll come back when the Xfinitiy people are gone.

Worst Walmart I've ever been too. The employees who stock the shelves with new product couldn't care less about their jobs. When I went there all the new milk gallons were busted open, dripping down the sides and onto the ones below and the floor. Nothing is organized and the last three times I went they were out of my sons formula and size in diapers. The customer service is always weak. I will not be returning.

Worst customer service ever. Waited at the jewelry counter for 45 min. trying to get a refund on a ring for my grand daughter. The Jewelry counter was unattended and it took 20 min and 2 attempts to get someone to assist me. I had my receipt but was told by manager she couldn't refund and had to get an associates help, which took 20 more min. The associate didn't have access to the jewelry register. I won't return to this Walmart location again. Also, the same exact ring was $10. more at this location than the location closer to my house.

If I only had to rate them on customer service and product stocking the score would have been 5 stars, but as a person with a disability I have to give them a 3. It seems almost every time I come I am unable to use one if there carts designated for people with disabilities. They just don't have enough. There are times when I just had to sit out front and wait for my family to complete their shopping so we can leave. Also, I have seen elderly people that also need them sitting and waiting for other customers using them to finish. They can do better

All you need to know about how it's run: 7:00, a week before Christmas, and there's 3 cashiers. Seemingly the managers are oblivious, if you can find one.
