Been taking my youngest son there for the past several years now. First words after my son's workout were,"I feel like home here." Great atmosphere and love to see how it has grown over the years. Coach Josh and staff have truly created a phenomenal experience.

I’d been following Velocity for about 2 years on social media. At the time, my son was only 10 so not really ready for the level of training that they provide. However, after watching the videos of the coaches work with top level O and D lineman from across the country, I knew there was no place I’d rather take him when the time came. We went for a week of training sessions in the spring and it was to say the least, one of the best decisions I’ve made as a parent in terms of getting my son closer to where he needs to be. We live in Delaware if that’s any indication of how far we’re willing to travel for what Coach Josh and Coach Luke provide. We are so grateful for both of them that we’ll be making the trip every year during my son’s football journey. This is the place if you’re looking for some of the best in the business training lineman.

I have been coaching football for nearly 20 years. In that time I have had a chance to work with high level players that have gone on to great careers at the college and professional level(s). Aside from natural ability and good high school coaches, additional training is crucial to development if you want to reach your max potential. In my experience, Velocity Athlete Development is one of the premier programs in the country. They have a proven track record of helping athletes reach great heights. I always recommend them to my players, and I would recommend them to anyone that asked.

Excellent facility! My kids love it. My daughter plays lacrosse and my son played football. They have helped get my daughter ready for her high school seasons and most recently trained her this summer to prepare for college lacrosse. The trainers are amazing and the kids get a great workout!

Started out as a Big guy specialist and expanded to cover all sports and specialties! We have been at Velocity for 6 years and loved every second of it. Honored to do our signing day in their amazing facility. Getting to watch my D1 Athlete in a couple weeks in his 1st collegiate game will be priceless - and without Velocity he would not have been so good all along and so prepared for D1.
