Horrible service. The website closing time 4:30 p.m. I got there at 4:01. The store employe had the door close and said it was close. I told him the website said 4:30 p.m and he said it was close. Monday last day to send taxes.

i came in at 4:00 on the dot, when their online hours said they close at 4:30. the guy at the window would not even let me in the door and shook his head. really?? i came 30 minutes prior to closing according to their business hours posted online. either update your hours or have some common decency to help me out for a second. all i needed to do was return a package. dissapointing.

Would not help in sending a package that required to be sent by USPS. (?) Was told to go to the UPS store in the Publix shopping center. I drove over there and UPS did USPS’s job for them.

Today I had an issue with the lady at the front desk scanning a bar code on my package. She told me she couldn’t help me because it wouldn’t scan correctly. I asked her if she could type in the tracking number so I could get a receipt. I was the only person in line. She told me it was impossible and to have a good day. I walked over to the self service kiosk, typed in my tracking number and then printed out the receipt that was “impossible” for her to figure out with a computer and keyboard in front of her. Me and the kiosk figured out what USPS’s front desk employee couldn’t in 2 minutes.

DONT GO HERE! Customer service, or should i say LACK there of, is an absolute JOKE. Employees of this location speak to you like you are their child. Terrible attitudes, terrible energy, store was a bit messy. This location seems to always be a problem. Especially the female that worked today, December 14th, 2022 around 11:30, you dont deserve to work here. You are an absolute joke of an employee and should be working behind the counter at a 2 star rated fast food restruant, not here for the post office.If you want a nice interaction, that's effortless, with no attitude, no back talking and and easy transaction, DONT come to this location. Take the drive to another location to conduct your business. This employee needs to be held accountable. Must be a sad world thinking your the queen of the castle at a POST OFFICE, LMAO.

Christie is the worst lady in the building. So rude. Didn’t care to be nice and treat me and a few customers behind me rude. Why is she working the front desk still if so many people have complained about her. I will not be back and will tell others about this post office and her.

CHRISTY is horrible. WORST customer service ever. I will drive all the way to Woodstock post office just to avoid interaction with this woman. Won’t be back.

Krissy or Kristy at the post office number was extremely rude. She hung up on me first because she thought I was selling something. Once I called back, she told me she is not interested in anything I am selling? But once I was able to explain to her that I actually needed help, she directed me to another phone number for the office that receives the mail. However, she repeatedly read the phone number off fast 3 times despite me asking her to slow down.
