The blonde woman in here is cool but the older guy is scamming people. He charged this guy $4 for a whole roll of tape just to tape the top of his box

They received a package from UPS, delivered it to the wrong address and both UPS and them have redirected me to each other 3 times. I am not able to schedule a redelivery, file a claim or get reimbursed for their mistake. I’ll stick to Amazon or FedEx

Wish I could give this place 0 stars. First off the old lady up front was rude upon walking in the door. Seemed annoyed at my request and would not help me do a simple task as sending a return package. Basically said she couldn’t help me even though when I called the company I was sending my return package to, they told me she could have helped me. I think she just didn’t want to because they were about to close. Upon walking back in after getting off the phone with the company I was speaking to, the man up front had informed me they were already closed and couldn’t help me. They closed at 4:00pm, I walked in at 4:01pm, even though I was already there, I had just stepped outside to make a phone call to the company I was sending a package to. Extremely rude employees. Next time I’d rather drive the extra few miles and go somewhere else. Do better people!

The best postal service staff I’ve encountered. Due to online sales I visit the counter several times a week. I’m always greeted with a smile and friendly conversation. They will cheerfully offer great packing and shipping rate advice if needed. My packages ALWAYS track and leave the facility without delay. The community is growing swiftly and they’ve probably outgrown the location, but I love & appreciate the hometown feel. Eddie, Helen, & Krunal are a great team! Thanks for all you do!

Today about 2pm, I parked in front and went into the Lebanon USPS office. As the door was closing behind me I heard a huge explosion. Glass from the front windows was flying into the building. A customer had hit the front of the building. What a blessing that the 2 wonderful employees were in the room behind the counter and I had not yet reached the front counter, and no one was in he line of flying window glass. And the driver of the car as OK. The Post Office closed and will probably not be open for quite a while. I feel blessed.

I've used this post office for over 20 years, and the employees have always been helpful with all of my mailing questions and needs. The employees know me by name and are always friendly.

Horrible ! I paid $8.50 to ship a pkg. I didn’t tape the whole packing slip because I was concerned it printed too small. The guy at the counter said the bar code was fine. I asked if he could put a piece of tape over the top or it will come off. He told me he couldn’t use the two enormous rolls of tape he had sitting on the desk. I said I would take it home and re tape it. He said it’s his now since he scanned it! He made me buy a tiny Tape dispenser for an additional $4.00 ! Plus tax. I was furious! He had a roll of tape next to him! Customer service has gone way down at the post office! I’ll go to UPS from now on! They are by far kinder and way more helpful !!!!! This little funky sink place needs to close down!

It's relatively close but close doesn't always mean convenient. The older woman that was rude this morning wasn't helpful and had zero customer service skills. It will make more sense in the future to drive further away and hope for friendly and helpful. Not everyone has to have a personality but everyone should if they work in customer service.
