There’s a blonde girl in the parts department and she was super rude and looked intoxicated. I definitely won’t be coming back

They were very friendly and helpful. They did not pressure me or make me feel uncomfortable. I got the deal I wanted, and was out of there in a couple of hours. All in all a great experience, thank you

Sadly it did not go well. There was no communication on the time it took to complete the work. I had to ask and thank goodness we didn’t need the vehicle urgently. They had a great system for approving and declining optional services. I love technology and hate high pressure sales techniques on recommended additional services. I did choose one optional service, to replace the engine filter.
When I picked up the vehicle it seemed fine, I decided to take the highway home. I attempted to accelerate and it initially responded then vehicle started sputtering, jerking me back and forth. It felt as if the transmission was about to fall out. I went quickly from 80s to 50s. I was terrified I’d be rear ended with the sudden drop in speed. Luckily, it didn’t die, so I put the hazards on immediately and continued to drive to an off-ramp at high 40s mph.
Anyway, chalked it up to bad gas in the fuel injection system. I drove slowly to an auto supply store to purchase fuel injection fluid hoping it was old gas as the truck had been parked. My husband came out to hear it upon my return and he was truly disappointed as it went into the shop for something relatively small. Now the truck was barely operational.
We were deciding whether to take it back, but wanted to make sure we exhausted all options. My son lives in Iowa and works on engines for the Army, so I thought it was worth running the issue by him. Within in minutes of texting the issues, he simply said “lol” not a fuel problem Mom, it’s likely the mass airflow sensor, they probably forgot to plug it back in. I thought it couldn’t be, surely our experts at Nissan wouldn’t miss something so straight forward. My husband popped the hood, and there it was just as my son said, they didn’t plug it back in, in fact the filter replacement was botched. Nothing was reconnected properly. My husband plugged it back in, the truck fired up and sounded back to normal, after a short drive, we confirmed that was it was indeed resolved.
There are a lot of reasons this is bad, I could have been killed and killed others. We were about to take it back in, I know they wouldn’t have admitted they forgot to do something, thus costing us extra. I reported the issue to my Nissan services contact. Received a generic “glad it was working now”, no course of remediation. Then today received a generic text , as if the issue never occurred . The text thanked us for allowing them to service our vehicle. It was automated, I understand technology but I also know you can flag accounts not to get auto responses in the event of an issue, it was like we had never reported an issue, the “we hope everything went well!” didn’t sit well. Shortly after I received the survey request via email. I have noticed in the last year service really dipping. Heck, they even left the packing bolts on my washer and connected it (Lowe’s, a story for another day). I rarely do these surveys, but I feel that accountability is slipping and it’s on the customer to figure out once they have your money. I expected better from Nissan as a lifelong promoter of this brand. These weren’t delivery guys forgetting to remove packing bolts, these are master mechanics that make great money forgetting basic tasks. Once trust is lost, a customer becomes a detractor…
So here we are…

Nissan Cherokee County was great. Selena in Sales was awesome and so was Juan in Finance. Selena walked us through the process and found us the best deal and made sure we were taken care of from beginning to end and made sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase! Great customer service!

The negotiating and dealings with this dealership have been the easiest we've had with any dealership in our life. There was zero pressure and they did whatever they could to get the numbers we needed to buy a car
Truly thankful for honest, good people. We will be back!

Mr Bobby over in the service dept really took care of my car and me as well. He helped make a stressful transmission failure a lot less stressful and I couldn't be happier with how my car runs now and how I was treated by Mr. Bobby himself. 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing service.
