Beth is truly amazing. She worked all day by herself and still had a smile on her face. She was so polite, kind, and just an absolute sweetheart. She was swamped with online orders but managed to keep everything under control! Just came here to compliment her!!

I placed an order 12/23/2023 about 1pm to pick up 12/24/2023 at 5pm. Charge was placed on credit card. I arrived to pick it up for family gathering for Christmas Eve and they did not have order. I have emailed receipt from Subway but store does not have order. They do not even have enough food to make order with me paying again. Now, we are without food as everything else is closed. Total fail for this story.Do not order a cater order from Subway!

Do not use this location!!!!!!!!I ordered 3 sandwiches on the mobile app to this location at 8:35pm. I got a text 20 minutes later from the person on staff stating they didn't have any turkey. They said it would be atleast 20 minutes past the 30 minutes time of pick up I was guys l given. I expressed that that's too late for my daughter to eat and I would like to cancel the order. The last days she couldn't cancel the order but to reach out Friday(12/15) to her boss and she can. I called 3 times and they kept getting forwarded to voice mail. I then called again Saturday (12/16) with the same response. I can't get a hold of anyone to cancel the order. This is insane. I just want my money back for the same which I never got. The total was 24.00 dollars. I have the text and phone call attempts as well.

This was a well organized restaurant. The sandwich creator did an excellent job. We at lunch and we made a mobile order. Beth was making subs for mobiles and walk ins. She definitely did a fantastic job running the store all by her self. She had no complaints even though some women came in and said the tea was too sweet. Crazy if she offered me some tea. Sweeter the better. She handled an awkward situation well. My Philly was warmed she accommodated my request to warm it and not toast it. Many subways will not do that or they complain. My wife's sub looked very nice and she said it tasted great. CONGULATIONS on making subs with out extra salt or no melted cheese. I highly recommend this subway!

I went in for a sub and actually got a friend. Commie was working and her vibe and service was amazing. She took hee time to fix my subs with finesse and love. She was patient and offered recommendations for making the best subs. They were delicious. Thank you Cammie ?

This is my favourite Subway in GA because I met such an amazing staff who cares so much about kids. The restaurant is very well maintained and super clean. The staff is very friendly because it was my 1st time here and the she was engaging me even making some funny jokes. I was so pleased with her that I ended up tipping her $20 cash.She even let me keep my new bike while I went shopping for other a few items in the store. The world needs more passionate and caring people like you. Thank you so much.All in all, it's a very convenient location, very well kept in order and clean. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for healthy sandwiches served by great staff.Kid-friendliness: The staff offered a kid cookies and she was so kind and loving.

Management/Franchise Owner: Please counsel your staff to pay attention to the online orders.EVERY time I order online for pickup my orders are not correct. It's sandwich artistry, not rocket science. It's extremely irritating when I arrive home and my family unwraps their subs only to find that the subs are not what was ordered.Further to this, my wife is allergic to cucumbers so when your staff puts cucumbers on her sub that she gets my sandwich and I have to eat hers.It may be a bit further to drive but if things don't improve I'll take my business to the Subway chain down the road.Thank you...

Wow I stop here all the time. I was greeted pleasantly and with a smile. Unfortunately when she made my sandwich she had gloves but she scratched her head with one gloved hand and then proceeded to finish my sandwich. I was flabbergasted. I did not say a thing and am embarrassed. I should have stopped her when she scratched her head and asked her to put on a new glove. This has never happened but I have to acknowledge it. I was there at 3:41 pm on 11/5. I hope the management reads this and speaks to her.

They are usually short-staffed so it takes a little longer. Personally they have ran out of something once and that time it was a pretzel.the time is worth it! The longest I've had to wait is 5 minutes.

How can a sandwich run out tomato's especially when they are located in a Walmart and the store location is less than 25 feet from a stack of tomato's? Now I know you can't just grab a hand full and start slicing but the owner should grant some leave way for the employees to make a local purchase if something like this happens. Avoid the Walmart Subway as you never know what they'll be out of.
