Josh was extremely helpful, polite and courteous. He jumped on the project right away, and had everything done before he left for the day. “for anyone who wants to complain about this business, I suggest you go to the terrible place on Baker and Jiles in the Publix Shopping center there. you will see what true terrible service is. Everytime I've gone to to Mail Copy, I've always gotten a professional and friendly experience. Some of the people who complain about this place have no clue. This is a business, they need to generate a profit to stay open. paper, boxes, tape costs money people don't come expecting a handout and then leave a 1 star rating because you had to spend money. If I need something notarized, shipped, copied, or if I need a mailbox this is my go to place in the area.”

“I had to pop into this FedEx location to mail a package and outside of finding a parking space and dodging vehicles and people, the experience was stellar! This particular FedEx is located in the small, yet busy Woodstock Exchange complex located on 92 that also houses Firehouse, Moe's, WingStop, Leslie's Pool and a vape shop. Parking is a hot commodity here, especially around lunch time, as the three eateries next to FedEx eat up most of the spaces. In addition, the lot is small and narrow, so be careful when pulling in and out...folks ain't paying no attention! The interior of the store was well kept, organized and clean. It is spacious for a FedEx and has all the goods and services you would need including scanners, computers, printers, fax machines, packing station, etc...Additionally, they have a good selection of packages, packaging material, greeting cards, school and office supplies. Service was solid. When I walked in, I was greeted by two employees, one on the floor and the other behind the register. Justin is who assisted me with the shipment and he was friendly, helpful and an overall pleasure to interact with. Overall, when I am in need of a FedEx service, this will certainly be my go to location!”
“I walked in and heard a loud "Hello, welcome to FedEx!" from Joy. More than anything, she has such a big, wide, beaming smile...amazing to walk into at 930 in the morning. I was not aware that I had to print my label at home, so Joy said it wasn't a problem and that I could email it to her...and so I did. While I located and forwarded the email, I watched Joy service another customer with that same beautiful smile...it was so nice to see. You are a pleasure, Joy!I've not experienced any of the complaints that other patrons have noted in the reviews.”
