Very nice manager! This place in under new management and they are wonderful. Best best price in town on vapes, CBD products, and other items. They also have about anything you could need at a gas station! I recommend this place over everywhere else!

This place is apparently under new management. I used to go in there all the time, and never had a problem. I bought a few drinks, and was offered no receipt. Something about the whole interaction felt off to me so I asked for a receipt. Turns out I was charged about $3 more then I should have been. It's not a lot of money, but when you're going in expecting to pay $14 for a few items, and end up getting charged $17 that doesn't sit too well with me. I usually use the Chevron down the street, owned by Charles, whom is an extremely nice and honest man. However the particular item I was looking for, they were out of. I'll give the guy at the Shell station the benefit of the doubt, and chalk this up to a mistake, since I'm trying to be nice, but I will not be returning to that gas station again. In closing if you decide to use this establishment, I'd suggest making sure you were charged the correct price!

First off it’s FINALLY under new management…and it’s not just anyone…it’s the infamous owner of another store located on Lake Allatoona…SO they (Family owned and operated) know how to treat customers and THEY ACTUALLY KNOW how to treat customers like family and provide us with more options/products then ANY other “Gas Station” that I’ve ever been in. Just know when you come inside it’s cold in summer & warm in winter and you will ALWAYS be greeted with a smile and a hello!! Enjoy the vast wine selection and all the goodies you don’t have to go to major store to get!! Oh and don’t forget the Largest selection of lottery tickets too! :)Tell PJ, Victor or Mikey hi when you stop by. This store is 100% new and re done over previous owners…and you WONT be disappointed

Wow this hop in has the best prices in Holly springs for kratom, vape and wine even!! Seriously saving me so much money and the customer service is fantastic just ask for PJ he is super helpful and friendly!!

Gas was extremely slow, took me over 30mins to fill up. I was using my rewards and I’m wondering if they purposely slow it down to make people leave who get few cents off per gallon. I was told that all the pumps were like this. Terrible service and I will not be back at this gas station. Solid 1 star as previously rated by someone in older reviews.

Awful customer service - the pump drips 1 drop of gas per minute if you a using a coupon or if you are using your Shell rewards… they do on purpose so you get fed up and cancel transaction! Spent 35 mins filling up here - never coming back!

Gas takes too long to pump. It’s been a year and it still took 10 minutes! It took 1 cent per second and it was 20 degrees outside! Don’t recommend this gas station for old people. They will die before their gas is pumped! Ridiculous!

As of today diesel pumps are still down. It’s been at least one week since I tried to stop here to fill up and first noticed they were bagged up out of service.

Over time I’d say it’s a solid 1 star gas station. At least from the perspective of pumps and bathroom being out of order. Also, not the best customer service.
