I told him I was just craving some weird stuff since I’m pregnant and wanted to make sure they were open before I drove there. This absolute hero says “what are you craving? I’ll get it for you and meet you outside to run your card.” So I drive up and call back and he brings my groceries and runs my card! I was out of there in less than a minute!! “Publix is traditionally the store that you can count on being clean and well stocked. Yet this store has even more... people who make a difference. Employees/owners who take pride in their work and go the extra mile. They always have a smile and kind word even when you can tell they have worked a long shift. The pharmacist is always professional, caring, with an attention to detail. A couple times has had me take a dose and wait nearby to ensure I do not have an adverse reaction. The fresh fish cabinet is always exemplary the gentleman always ensures my order is complete and offers helpful suggestions on preparation. Chelsie in your deli/bakery section always has a kind word, smile, and remembers my order. I even recall a couple years back Marc Norman changing a customers tire for her on a hot summer day while wearing his white shirt. Employees/owners of this store care about the job they do. Often I have noticed stress on the faces of many (customers included) yet they do their best to add a bit of sunshine to your day. We are all dealing with this crazy world in many ways. It is refreshing to see people who choose to make a positive difference even through job excellence, a smile, and kind word.”

“Picture this, you walk into the grocery store. The lights are bright, the floor is clean. The staff greets you as you walk in the door. That is this Publix. Don't get me wrong, they are not perfect. Particularly about online orders. I have had a few sandwiches that were just not right. I am a person with food allergies, when I brought it to their attention they were very apologetic and fixed the sandwich (this has happened a few times.) I did make a special order, I came to the store, smelled the fresh bread. Made my way to the counter with alacrity... and they forgot my order. But to their credit the had it the very next morning. So great job Publix!”

“I switched from Kroger as their customer service drastically changed. When I started using Sam's, I regretted it, but NOT in any manor that is of their doing. It is me , my time constraints, and my health conditions.It is a much further out of the way drive. If I need to pick up only one script, it's so time-consuming. Parking is awful. A huge, huge, huge help would be having a drive-through. (Hint hint ?) Although I shop there, because of my health and how busy I am, I typically opt for delivery.Even so, nothing can compare to how wonderful the lead pharmacist is. At Kroger, they try to push you out when you have questions. Not Sam's! I needed to call to speak to him about an issue that I was thinking maybe one of the meds was causing. I can clearly tell how busy he was. Yes, I was put on hold a few times, but he went up and above the call of duty to help me. My gut was right, and one of the meds was causing issues, BUT he did not stop there! He proceeded to ask me a bunch of different questions that had nothing to do with the medications. TOOK THE TIME TO CARE ❣️ Went up and above.He was able to inform me of several things I could try and, once again, took the extra step and explained why. It was like being in health class. My own Dr. who noticed the issue DID NOTHING! Dr. Wholers. ? Well, she did do something. Her vulgar mouth made me cry for three days. Words hurt, and she definitely has a way with them. Disquisting and untrue. Shocking words!!! Not even a diagnosis, instead of helping me figure out what was truly going on!?I was thinking about going back to Kroger because of the convenience. That thought process has passed! Yes, I will use Kroger for a single script here and there ( unless Sams builds a drive through) but my monthly meds, and as long as the head pharmacist stays, I WILL stay committed to Sam's.Dr., I truly appreciated your help and time. Even though you were so busy, you showed care and compassion. It was worth my back and forth hold on the phone to gain the knowledge you provided. I literally purchased your suggestions the same day, online. I'm so impressed!!! I will keep you posted. If the suggestions don't work, I know we will come up with a plan B ❤️ Thank you from the bottom of my heart.”

While most other stores no longer offer to help carry out the groceries, Publix still has this convenience. We love this store! Thank you Publix for the best customer service!”

“I meant to write this a while back. In early January I was at the urgent care with my son very late in the evening. The Walgreens they sent my script to said it was open but when we go there we found it closed. He was VERY sick and needed to start the meds given to him ASAP. I came to this Walgreens around 8:20pm. They told me it would be no problem to fill and did it in less than 20 mins. The technician also told my son "hope you feel better soon bud!" I was so grateful for them and their rapid response. They helped out a stressed out and tired mama. I have since returned to get other scripts and products here because of your generous and caring staff. Thank you to them for all they did for me that night!”
“I switched to this Walmart pharmacy from another big chain pharmacy because they are so easy to get on the phone, they are helpful when you go in to see them, and they share helpful information and answer any questions (all unlike my previous pharmacy). Their customer service is excellent and they are prompt in filling prescriptions. They are close to me and very easy to work with. The only downside is that they do not have a drive thru. Other than that I am very happy with this pharmacy.”
