I have been going to this practice since 2016. I highly recommend Dr. Aladesanmi. He is very knowledgeable and professional.

The ball has been dropped numerous times with communicating with my insurance company for my medication. I having been dealing with this since MAY! Lack of compassion and follow up. Doctors are ok but the rest of the organization is completely below parr. Do Better!

If I could give -100 I would. I will never go back because their billing department cannot read emails, or update information. For 1 year i have been telling them my ins i've has since 2021 yet they will not file a claim with them. I will never go back to any Laureate office ever.

I have to give the administration facility 2 Star's, mostly because of the administration being so hard to get a hold of! They've given me technical support, which also has not had much luck in, addressing why their pheresis system keeps dropping appointments! I've had to contact the doctor to try to squeeze me in to an appointment I had confirmed months ago! I think their overall system is needing repair!

Ridiculous that they still make patients wear a mask. Every other doctors office I go to, from cardiology to general practice, does not wear masks anymore. It’s been shown and proven that the masks don’t work with covid, so it’s beyond time to stop this nonsense.

Just got Covid according to my home test. Called for appointment at 7:00 am and they said they would call me back in 30 minutes. Called at 3:00 pm. Told me to go to Midtown to some other Doctor. I live in extreme North Cherokee county. So, I called Piedmont Urgent Care. They were close to me and they saw me in 2 hours. Covid was confirmed. Now I'm in quarantine and I will be looking for a medical group that cares. I'm 66 years old. Ever since I went on Medicare they don't seem to take me as seriously as before.

Who’s on first where do I start you’re longer all by yourself in the room then what you are with the doctor and they never have time to hear what your issues are or what you need to speak to to better yourself because they’re too busy going into the next room to do the same thing to everybody else and when you do try to call for an emergency no one knows you and you have to wait until the office opens or go to the emergency room I don’t know why these people call their soul doctors they don’t care about nothing but your insurance money coming in

The front office staff here are always so kind and helpful. However, the helpfulness ends there. I see Laureatte in Canton also and they do share nurses between offices. The nurses are never an issue, they’re all very sweet. Dr. Silverston, however, is an issue. He possesses and displays the WORST bedside manner, which seems to be a very common complaint between the two offices. His NP/PA was kind the first time I met her, but of course, she’s his NP/PA and will stick up for his wrongdoings. I was then passed into the office manager, who could truly care less. Dr. Silverston displays very little care for his patients, takes zero accountability, and is a very “I am the one with the medical degree,” type doctor. A sea cucumber could have more compassion and care for patients than he does. In addition, I wish you the best of luck getting records transferred. It took me over 8 months and they still didn’t get transferred. Between him, his NP/PA, and the office manager, they make Laureatte look horrible.

This review has nothing to do with the practice and have been going there for years now - for primary care and neurology but tonight I have been shocked by Dr Brown. My daughter who has a TBI and takes seizure meds got a double dose of her seizure meds tonight - like 3 hrs apart due to her telling me she didn't take her meds and then realizing that she did after I had already given them to her the second time. So she got a double dose of her seizure meds tonight and I was concerned about what it might do to her? Called the answering service and they had dr call me. I have never been talked to by any physician like I was tonight!!!! When he called I said hello and he said "just take another dose"???? I said, but Dr Brown I don't think you got the right message - she doesn't need another dose and he kept saying like 2 more times "just take another dose" and then he hung up on me. I sat there dumbfounded for a minute or two then called the answering service back to tell them what transpired and that I just needed to know if there is anything I should do. Took me over an hour with the answering service and after telling my story at least three more times I finally got told by the answering service that all they could do was page Dr Brown again. Dr Brown called me back and basically said "what do you want? You are killing me!!!! He said it is midnight!!!!!! I tried to tell him that she doesn't need another dose and that she has already had two doses tonight by accident - all he said was she will be fine and go to bed and hung up on me again a second time!!!!!! I am sorry but this is unacceptable!!!!! I will be finding us another neurologist after this and am so shocked and saddened as he has always been so nice to us. I feel like if your dr is on call he should know that he has to answer calls. No need for the rudeness!!! Have lost all faith in him at this point now.

Shame on this place. I made a routine wellness appointment with Dr. Aladesanmi from Laureate Medical Group (Holly Springs). My bill amounted to more than $180 after insurance was settled. I discovered over $100.00 of this was for unauthorized vitamin testing. As an well dieted athlete, I am at an extremely low risk category for vitamin B-12 and vitamin D deficiency. I was never told these unnecessary tests were being done to the blood being drawn, nor that such testing had an opt out. I never would have authorized this extra testing. I called to remedy this with the doctor, who wrote in his notes, in response, that he apologizes if he didn't mention it, "but he usually discusses this, and everyone usually wants this." I have asked multiple times that this be removed from the bill after discussing the issues, but so far this has not been remedied. I now have an out of pocket expense of $66.57 for Vitamin D testing and $33.90 for Vitamin B-12 Testing and the current status of the invoice, showing other items paid the other items in full and that I still "owe" the $100.47. They will not even respond to a Better Business Bureau complaint. Shame!

May 2021. Moved to the area from out of state and had to find new Endocrinolgy Dr. Today was my first apt and honestly I felt super comfortable right off the bat which is unusual for sure. What a relief! My first impression was from Kendrea at the front desk. She was happy and energetic and pleased to help. How awesome!!? she gave me exact detail instructions and what to expect even the nurse name of who would be right out to get me. What a nice way to start my apt. Jennifer was my nurse and she was just as happy and energetic herself. She also made me feel at ease about my issues with blood draw. She was empathetic not judging. So refreshing!! Ty Jennifer. ? I felt so at home here. How amazing is that while going to a Dr apt! Way to go ladies with an amazing first impression! Then I met Dr. Silverton. He was not condescending or arrogant like other Endocrinolgy Drs I’ve had apts with. How amazing is this!! He really seemed to care about my level of care. And didn’t make me feel rushed. What a pleasant surprise all of this was. Then at check out I met Melissa & Kaitlyn and they were thorough and gave me all the info for my next apt!! Thank YOU all of you for making me feel good about choosing you as my new thyroid place!!

No one here ever answers the phone. It's pretty much impossible to speak to a human. I have discussed this numerous times with the Office Manger, Cathy, and no improvements have been made. New girl in the sleep medicine area continued to send numerous portal messages to me instead of the doctor. Told the Office Manager for this office that she should have been trained properly. There is no smooth operation in either of the primary care office or sleep medicine office. I've been waiting over a week now to get a sleep test scheduled...no one has ever called me.

I have had multiple issues with this medical group and I have only been with them for a little over a year.Trying to get someone on the phone can be a nightmare! Setting an appointment is usually easy but for anything other than that expect long wait times and unreturned phone calls. My insurance is annoying and requires an insurance referral before they will approve claims from a specialist. This office is in the stone ages. They have me leave with a paper referral and then I need to call and beg/ argue with someone in their office to submit an online referral through my insurances portal.Lastly I just recently called with a severe sore throat. I have no other symptoms. And no known exposure. My husband and children are ALL working from home. She said I needed to go to an urgent care because they aren’t seeing anyone who may have Covid. For real???!!! Your my flipping doctor. Went to ER turns out it’s strep throat like I told her I suspected. Seriously go to another medical office.
