I called last week because I received my renewal in the mail and it had my ex-husband's name on it. We have been divorced for 3 years and I had already asked for his name to be taken off everything due to personal reasons. It said excluded driver but I asked if his name could be taken off of everything since he is no longer living with me. I received another statement in the mail today that said he is insured on my vehicle again and my premium went up almost $200. I called this morning at 9:00 am and Omar answered the phone and said he fixed everything, but will look when he gets back into the office. But he said my premium will go up if he is not in the household anymore. He has not been in the household for 3 years so why should I have to pay an increase now? I called back at noon and he answered the phone and said "I told you I would call you back when I get into the office!" I said I would like to cancel my policy. And he said "You do it online. I am not in the office yet." Since when do employees not report to the office until noon and they are not available to help at all in the mornings?! This is the worst customer service I have received in my entire life and I have NEVER missed a payment. I want someone to call me and explain what is going on. If it is ok for people like Omar to treat your customers like that, what kind of business is this?!

Ive been with Steven and his team since 2015 and he has always taken care of all my insurance needs, with life/auto/ or home policy. Very personable and timely responses whenever I have claim, questions or a change to my policy. With him it really feels like what the farmers commercials are advertising.
