“Wrote a amazing review about the Towne Lake location and i stand by my review about customer service except for the fact that after 11 days the manager never reached out to me i never spoke to him i saw him in the office many times and after 11 days you would think he would be like why is this car still here but no!! Finally i reached out to corporate about my situation and within a day jill from corporate contacted me to rectify my problem. She got Kieth from the holy springs location who handled my problem immediately! Had my car towed the next day to his location and got me a rental car and completed the work in to days with no cost to me and now my car runs perfect thank you Kieth and Jill for helping me i would go there from now on with any problem i may have in the future highly recommend!!!”
