The owner worked with me and my needs. His prices are very competitive. Some units are new, most are well kept. The driveways inside the fence are navigable, the center lane needs some work, new drainage has not been completed. i bottomed out while turning driving cautiously. see pics of incomplete drainage in middle driveway.The areas are well lit, though the units themselves are not. Pest control boxes are on grounds though i noticed some critter destruction in one of five units i have.if the drive was blacktopped or cemented with an electric ⚡⚡ gate this would be the ideal location. Yet, with current costs and a repaired drive, it works for me.
