Someone hit my car ( didn’t hang around) and dislocated my front fender (bumper) it looked hideous to me. I called Bumper to Bumper, spoke with Cody, he gave me an appointment for the next day. I was in and out within an hour. Excellent work!!!
Customer service was amazing. Warm, friendly staff. Cost, unbeatable!
I’m grateful for Google and the reviews as I would not have tried this place as I was unaware they existed.

Me and my wife live in Alabama now but I went in last week because the alternator went out on our Ford. Car quest sent them two alternators which was bad and finally they had to order one from the Ford dealership. The customer service was better than any other place I've ever been. They didn't charge us except for the first couple hours of labor and never complained about anything. All we had to pay extra was the difference in the alternator because of course the alternator was more from the Ford dealership than car quest. But at least the Ford dealerships alternator works unlike car quest. I will definitely be giving all my mechanic needs to bumper to bumper because by far the best experience I've ever had with a mechanic shop. Great people, great service, and professional service. Can't beat bumper to bumper and if you can on price remember that you get what you pay for. I chose and will continue to choose Bumper to Bumper in Hogansville, GA. 30230. Try them out and I guarantee you will be back and happy with the service that they provide. Go see what I am saying...

Customer service sucks, don’t answer phones don’t call back. Does “ extra work “ without consulting on it and then wants to upcharge as much as they can. Mom got her vehicle back with grease and dirt on the inside and out. Damaged the driver seat, don’t waste your time. It’s a disgrace of a business and how they act towards customers

I called them up asking for a clutch cable quadrant the woman that was helping me had no clue as to what I was asking for, no big surprise. Well she asked one of their mechanics what it was and she said he had no clue what it was. It's pretty much self explanatory with the name of the part "CLUTCH CABLE QUADRANT" it obviously has a lot to do with the clutch on a car. If it breaks you basically don't have a clutch in order to drive the car.Anyway I just thought it was kinda funny that the mechanic didn't know what it was or wasn't.I told her to remind of that if I ever brought my car to get worked on or serviced and chuckled about it trying to make an already difficult situation a little more lite hearted. Well they've lost a lot of customers today because she hung up on me and wouldn't answer the phone when I called back.Come on people give me a break!!!! People have got to lighten up this stuff isn't really worth it. In the end I really didn't lose anything because I didn't have to replace it. It's just recommended to replace it when you replace the clutch.I didn't really want to go e them 1 star.

I moved to Hogansville a little bit ago, i used one mechanic all my life and so it was hard to trust another place after multiple bad experiences… I’m VERY happy I stopped by bumper to bumper for an oil change. They listen, are kind, and helpful!!! They have definitely earned my business after just one visit!

They were horrible!!! It took them 2 months to fix my husband's truck !!!!! And then charged him outrageously!!!!!! Will never take any of our vehicles back there again !!!!! They were rude, they would not answer their phone , they did no voluntary updates on it , it was so unprofessional!!!! Think Twice before you take your vehicle there !!!!!!

i like the convenience, their prices are a bit expensive on repairs, but I'm all about helping the local merchants.
