I dropped off some equipment and they made me stand outside in the Cold. This place should be reported they do not allow service dogs. What if something happen they would be totally responsible.

Worst company ever and I just started service with them. Should have stayed with AT&T. Technician never gets out of his truck for my appointment, just pulls off. I call to get another appointment. They claim we will have someone out there between 1 and 4. At 3 pm I call. The call center never scheduled the appointment. I had to miss work over their awful treatment of a new customer.

There is a reason why this store has such bad reviews. It's because the employees are unprofessional, incompetent and dishonest. Secondly, the Xfinity Stores are NOT owned/ operated by Comcast. They gave me two DVR machines, even though I don't have that service. Do yourself a favor, stay far away from these Xfinity stores and contact Comcast directly!

After 6 months of the run around and my bill going up $200mo without any changes on my end. I cancelled all cable services with Concast. I am waiting on Starlink to service my area and I will be cancelling all services. You can’t expect people to pay $400mo and have no assistance when issues arise. Concast is a joke. They are definitely not too big to fail.

This store is an absolute joke, we went in to “transfer ownership” and the person (who said he worked on commission) dupes us and sets up additional services charging us TWICE! We had 2 separate internet services at the same address. I don’t understand how a company can endorse such sly practices as this. BEWARE of these partner stores as they are trying to screw you over just to take your money

Avoid their services completely, pure waste of time , I called the customer service number to assist with ESIM the robot just keeps talking and sends a link which was of no help can’t get hold of human ??? drives 15mins to this store for the lady to tell me that she doesn’t know how to do it . This is super inconvenient that I can’t get no help at all from the store either , also my WiFi was supposed to 1.2gig speed paying an arm and a leg for it , I will be canceling all my mobile and home security and internet services. I’m fed up . ???

I am being charged termination fees when I cancel my service. Now I can’t speak to a person to complain about it. Or ask for a reason since I did not sign for such contract. This a… change contracts on you and it is impossible to talk to a person about it. The automated phone system will never let you in if you are already out. Stay away. From xfiiity.

I would give a Lower Score if I could. They will LIE to you. We had to threaten to contact corporate and go to a different location just to get what we needed done. They will add things you don’t need onto your bill and NOT tell you ?. We also had to take two separate people in to get them the 75$ bill instead of the $200 - $300 bill because they refused to change anything for them.Just So everyone knows you can get JUST Internet (75 mbps) and Still have any show or movie you could ever watch and more for $75 a month! if you only have Internet and the Flex box (1 Flex box is free with internet) NO CABLE Needed. The Flex box is TV and it gives you every show u could ever need, it’s cheaper and better than cable. It’s similar to Ruko.The two women that work this store tried to tell us no they wouldn’t do it and tried to refuse to take cable off and refused to lower the bill till arguing with them. Then they still tried to add the more expensive internet, when we told them we did not want that, which is Not needed unless you are a gamer. These women do not care about helping you or customer service. There is another store not far that the people are a lot more helpful.If you want to just watch shows and movies and don’t want to pay $250 every month for a seriously jacked bill then only buy The cheaper 75 mbps Internet and ask for a FLEX Box with it. Make sure you DONT have Cable or anything else added and your bill will only be 75$ a month. First Flex box is free and if you need more for other rooms it’s $5 month per box after that. Please help others in the area by passing this knowledge on because they obviously get commissions and are trying to rob people forcefully by adding things to bills they aren’t asked to add on.

Worst customer service ever. The staff is rude and inconsiderate. Pushed for a sale even though they knew porting that number could be a problem. The managers wouldn’t wave a restocking fee for a phone that never left the box or got service. Only after the sale was I told it could take up to a month to get service. They have lost me forever as a customer.

Terrible customer service! They sold me a phone knowing I would have problems transferring my phone number. They were rude and treated me as if it were my fault. After a week of trying, I decided to return the phone. They charged me a restocking fee that corporate refunded. The phone never left the box or had service. I am leaving Xfinity because of this store. Shame on you!
