“I met him the day he came to my home to help my friend's dad's old dog that I was caring for to ross over the rainbow bridge. He was kind and compassionate. Never made me feel rushed. He lived in Nikki with me and sat there till I was ready. I asked him how he was able to do this kinda thing all the time and his response was so real. He told me it's not easy but it's necessary. He is right & it takes a special person to do what he does. He is a special man, a fabulous vet & I'd recommend him to anyone and everyone. Thanks to him this sweet old girl left this earth pain free & with her dignity.R.I.P Sweet Nikki”
“The Ark Animal Hospital staff was amazing (they were so kind for a difficult situation involving my mother and her dogs). They were able to get me in same day and help my mom's pup get the care she needed. Sweetie, her dog, is very timid (she was a rescue) and one of the staff (I will update once I get the name when we go for our follow up) was able to get lots of licks before we left (I was really impressed with how comfortable and kind they were). I would recommend Ark to any of my friends or family looking for a local Vet in the Hiram/Dallas area!”
“Kind staff. Friendly and knowledgeable Vets. Highly recommend. Although, I tried to fill a Rx they gave me with the company Chewy and Chewy rep told me they couldn't confirm the Rx with the Vet. I was told that I would have had to physically mail in the Rx to Chewy in order to get it filled. Seemed like a lengthy process considering it's 2024 and technology has advanced. But i'd still go back to Ark anytime my dog has an issue.”
