Horrible. Didn’t end up upgrading my phone or doing business there. Sales rep was not interested in helping and I told the Manager, who apologized but that was it. I walked out the door. I am comsidering moving over to Team Mobile.

****This whole review will copied and pasted to every single platform I can find and multiple times till Verizon hires real customer service reps!!!****Let me start out by saying I’m sure NO ONE from the actual corporate office will read and make things right, you can’t even get in contact with the store, but anyway, I HATE going to this store!! That location is 4791 Jimmy Lee Smith Pkwy, Hiram, GA, 30141. EVERY SINGLE TIME I go into this store I leave worse than when I went in. There’s NO customer service. The associates (not all but most and I WILL get there names and blast them across all media programs) they are short when talking to me. They’ll look and stare out the window when talking like they have more important things to. Constantly pop gum, talks to other associates about what they did over the weekend and act like me and other customers don’t exist and act like we need them while charging an arm and a leg for trashy cell service. I go to this raggedy store mainly because it’s the closest to me and I’ll ask a question and they’ll give me nonchalant make you feel STUPID answers. I ask about the iPhone 14 pro max and 14 plus, lady says the only difference is the camera???????!!! No, NO. There are several others features I find while just being in the store. The lady tells me I have to pay my iPhone 12 off then pay $1200 for the new phone and throws out $1500+ I have to pay then stares at me!! Financial services said something completely different, but still was not informational. They always make me feel like they’re pushing me out the door. I ask another question, get maybe 2-3 word answer and that’s it. Call some customer loyalty number??!! They act lazy and non customer appreciative. I HATE THIS STORE. Fire them and close it down. I’ve gone to some others and was blown away with service. Even tho Verizon makes everything complicated the couple other places I’ve been actually put in work to help me. I’ve heard them say “ I have a customer that’s needs this resolved NOW” and it does. The Hiram store no, bunch of sorry, think their better than others pansies!! I…. HATE…. THIS LOCATION!!!

I visited the Hiram store to get a new sim for my son’s iPhone. There was 1 customer being helped by an associate, and 3 workers sitting at the table doing nothing (a young black guy, a bald white guy, & a black girl w/heavy makeup). They asked for my ID…gave it to them; but because my last name didn’t match my Verizon account; they didn’t want to assist me. Basically gave me a SIM card; & pushed me off to call customer support. They didn’t try to look up my account or have me verify any information to validate the account. They were just ready to get me out of the store. I’ve been to Verizon several times last year and even this year; and had no issues with my last name or validating my account. Thankfully I was able to contact customer support from home; and they assisted me with my SIM issue. They also updated my last name over the phone with no issues. I was just so disappointed with Verizon Hiram lack of concern with helping a valued customer. Especially since they weren’t doing anything and the store wasn’t busy! ?

Stopped in today and got all of this resolved. It took about 30 minutes. But now everything is straightened out and no more surprise charges.

Verizon wireless needs to get it together. I'm told one thing actually given a guarantee in writing by an agent online and when I arrive to the store the manager all but laughed in my face. It's like Verizon online and Verizon in-store are two totally different companies. They even go so far as to call each other liars point fingers but still didn't resolve my issue

Tried to speak with a lady named Kayla about upgrading. The absolute worst attitude and she had no clue whatsoever what she was talking about. She muttered under her breath, and most certainly shouldn’t be working with retail. She had zero knowledge regarding iPhones and didn’t have very much human decency. Lost a sale, a costumer and my business all together. Fire her ?

I had about 4 different issues from my 11 year old being the account manager to a cracked phone I had to upgrade and I got them all addressed at once. The store was busy but we didn’t wait long. I feel this place is pretty well managed compared to the idiot at Acworth who put my kid in charge of the account. Thanks to Emani I was all set!

Worst experience ever. Switched from another company to Verizon. Have been without a my cell for 2 days. Spend those 2 days on calls to Verizon to fix issue. Finally went into the Hiram store and floored that they passed the issue onto the tech support on the phone. They didn't even try to help. Just called someone to talk with me. So I stood in store talking on the phone and being pushed to the side. Absolutley useless.

Go see Malik!! I've been a Verizon customer for over 20 years as has my fiancé. We wanted to combine our accounts. Malik walked us through every step and was very helpful, sharing tips along the way. Super patient with people that are not that tech savvy, he is an asset to Verizon! I highly recommend Malik for your future Verizon needs!!
