The customer service at this location is awesome! Other locations I visit I can barely find an associate but every dept I entered there was someone there to help. Today I ran into Elyssa in the shoe dept and she was beyond helpful! She even ended up checking me out and was very pleasant and professional l. I was having a rough day but my experience with Elyssa totally changed my energy!

Do not go here for grocery drive up orders. You are better off going either in yourself or going to Publix and spending the extra money. I have consistently done drive up orders and get spoiled or expired food. I have a toddler so it's frustrating having to get them out and go inside but 95% of the time, I'm having to do that anyway because the quality of food is so poor or the person picking it out just doesn't care. It defeats the purpose and convenience of doing am order pick up. It's just not worth your wasting your time.

Shame on you Target! I was in there today (Sunday) at 10:30am and there was not ONE register open - only self check out. I had to watch women buying entire grocery loads check out there own groceries and this poor little feeble old lady trying to check herself out on her own with absolutely NO help from the attendant. It's just ridiculous. You have like 30 checkout counters!!! Do better. For God's sake, we certainly pay enough for the things we buy there.

The customer service at this Target is TRASH. I had to go here for a drive up order because the fridges were full at my normal Target. When I pulled up all the drive up spots were blocked off by traffic cones so I pulled into another spot and called customer service. After 3 attempts and no answer, I had to call a random other department just to get a hold of someone. When I spoke to the poor girl who's job is probably something other than dealing with my problem, she told me I needed to come in. I am injured and can hardly walk which is why I did drive up. I asked to speak with a manager and instead they told me to pull up to the doors so they could bring my order out. I asked them to send a manager out with my order and they said "they will try." A drive up employee came out with no manager, placed my groceries in the trunk and walked away. Will not be returning to this place and the cowards it is run by.

Lately, I have started to really like target! It has grown on me ! I like to shop here for pretty much a little bit of everything. The pharmacy people are friendly and the store employees are too! * One of the only complaints I have that I can think of is, it seems hard to find employees around the store when you need help finding something..... PLEASE DO BETTER Other than that my shopping experiences here have been pleasant and lord's willing I'm looking forward to doing a lot kore shopping here! *** ** Also, random facts they have a decent board game section on back wall by toys and they have their WIC STUFF LABELED. Not sure if all items that are WIC are labeled but I saw some labels on eggs and juice. Hope this helps somebody! Thanks Target !

This Target is slipping. The grocery side was perfectly neat. The clothes areas were messy and boring and random. Nothing about shopping for clothes here is appealing. Thins are not stocked, messes on shelves and sizes are hanging everywhere. Usually stay clear of clothes shopping. I needed PJs for a sleep study. Found PJs in sleepwear department, active wear and mixed into bathing suit area. There abandoned shopping carts all over the store. Why? No idea. Just gives the store a creepy vibe.

This is a great Target, not sure why the reviews are so low, but comparing this Target to others, I find this a great one! They sanitize each cart after each use and have masks for customers who don't have masks when entering the store.

Sign says "mask required". Counted at least 20 adults and children not wearing masks or social distancing. No one enforcing it.

Employees are not enforcing the mask rule. There is a posted sign on the entrance door stating Mask Required. In the 15 minutes I was shopping there, I saw several different parents with children not wearing masks. I spoke to an employee about it and asked why they are not enforcing the mask rule. She just shrugged her shoulders. We are never going to get out of this pandemic because of the idiots. Gotta love Hiram!

This store is Clean & organized. Team members are helpful & polite. I really love the brands that Target carries. Cat & Jack kids clothes really hold up well.

This store is always clean and the customer service is great. I did online order to pick up in store and it was ready as promised to and I got there. I really appreciate the kindness that I receive one I'm in the store.

Only good things to say about "our" Target! I have never had a bad experience shopping here, and only the kindest of people. One of the girls who works Starbucks, I've known for many years. She's the sweetest! I know so many of the people from shopping here, that I speak and they speak each time I'm shopping. There are many checkouts for sure, and typically only 2 or 3 open, but I've become an expert in self-checkout anyway! And they always help out there too. Love the selection, and anyone who knows me, knows I LOVE THE ENDCAPS!

I usually have a good experience. While I use the self checkouts all the time, this was not one I was going to. Occasionally, I like for a cashier to. I was in the line behind someone patiently waiting for my turn and a clerk directed me to another register. When I went away from my spot, I thought I was being directed to another register that was going to be open with a cashier checking me out. It turned out she had pulled me away to direct me towards the self checkout. Fail Target! You can do better! That really was annoying!
