“Long story short. My baby shower was coming up and my caterer stopped answering the phone for us. Needless to say I was in a scramble. I placed a very last minute catering order and they executed it with no problem and had it ready for me considering the circumstances of me needing it. I was so happy! Everybody enjoyed the food. The entire staff there needs praises. I think I spoke to the manager. I forgot her name :( but she made everything happen and I’m so appreciative”

“I love this Publix. What I seem to notice is how friendly and prepared everyone is. When I say prepared, I mean the deli specifically. They always have food hot and ready and fresh.
The service is always top notch here too. Associates are always around when you need them. Also, they are very efficient at checkout. Not only are the self checkout lines open, but there are plenty of standards lines open with cashiers ready to take care of you.
Even when it gets a little busy, they employees work together to get lines down, love it.”

“Posting this a few months later but this Publix’s bakery is absolutely SPECTACULAR. I went to multiple different publix’s seeing if they could make a specific custom birthday cake for my fiance who is a pilot, i had explained that I have my own mini planes that I would put on the cake as I had asked many other bakeries just to decorate a cake line a plane runway, but no other publix understood or would attempt what I was looking for. This publix, especially the sweet manager/department head lady at the bakery, exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend getting birthday cakes or event cakes from this location!!! (The writing on the cake is messed up from the car ride home, not the bakery’s fault!!!)”
“My husband and I paid our local Ingles a visit today and were absolutely blown away by the phenomenal customer service provided to us by a Mr. Jonathan in the bakery. It's our 5 year old's birthday today so we were in for a cake and various party supplies. Upon searching the bakery's pre made cakes we couldn't find exactly what we were looking for. Jonathan went the extra mile and approached us to ask if there was anything he could help with. Once we'd explained what we were looking for, he asked if we had any shopping to do so as to provide him with the necessary time to prepare a custom cake for us. We did our shopping while he prepared the cake and it is absolutely perfect. Our daughter is going to love it. His customer service was unparalleled and genuinely made today's experience one we won't forget. Huge thanks to Jonathan! He deserves a raise ?”
“New and improved. While shopping there is a pleasure, paying for that pleasure is sometimes not as pleasurable lol. Their BOGO deals cannot be beat, but other than that some prices are just inflated for no reason, and significantly higher. Still a great looking new location and a very spacious store.”

“Overall pretty good store. Classic publix experience. Although one time a bagger tickled my (then) twoish year old. It was weird and definitely not something I wanted. I stopped going there for quite a while, and just in the last 6 months decided to go back. I am unsure if the same bagger is still there, but no one has done anything similar.
Outside of that pretty good experience. The buy one get ones are great as always.”
“We all know prices have gone up but it's ridiculous what this store is charging compared to other grocery stores. It feels like price gouging. I loved publix great meat and produce departments but the cost makes shopping here unaffordable.”

“Staff members are very friendly, attentive and helpful but the pharmacists don’t have your prescription ready till you show up in person and ask , they always tell you to wait 20-30 minutes; sometimes you’re in so much pain or fever that you only want to get your prescription and go home . That was me few weeks ago , in high fever and had to wait there over 30 minutes; I wish they could be different; I’ve been their customer for years.”
