I went to this store to return a product purchased at another location. After waiting for over 15 minutes (with only one person in line in front of me) The return was refused because the original purchase was at a stand alone Sephora and they are on a different system than the Sephoras located inside other stores. This is a totally unacceptable. Sephora purchases should be returnable at ANY Sephora location. I will not be purchasing from them again.

Sephora, at Hiram, needs help with customer service training.There was a wonderful, helpfulwoman at Christmas-but have not seen her since. The staff tends to be rude and unavailable to help.

I took my daughter to get make up and the sales associate named Morgan Robertson was there to help my daughter out and had so much experience in detail of what my daughter needed she took her time to help her and purchase the right make up needed for her skin type and made my daughter happy. We at first had a bad experience with the first associate not very professional. Will be definitely going back to purchase more due to its Robertsons professionalism and help and knowledge of the make up in your store. She went above and beyond I think so what is super nice?

My daughter and I have not as of yet experienced good customer service at Sephora at Kohl's. There is no assistance and the last time it was any sign of someone assisting we were directed to a different store.

I shopped at this location several times but the last time I shopped here, it wasn't so pleasant. The sales associate was nasty and rude. She wasn't helpful whatsoever. I wish I could recall her name but at the moment I can't. Sephora should for sure train their associates on acceptable customer service. I know we all have bad days but when you work with the general public, you have to learn how to save face when you're not having the best of days.

I was shopping and Mary was so rude during my check out that another worker apologized for her rude behavior. She told me while checking out “ I told you not to use your hand and you just insisted on using your finger, now you need to come to the front” other shoppers stopped and looked. I was speechless.

I had a great time shopping for makeup at the sephora store at kohl's in Hiram. Ashley was very helpful she took her time with me. And she wasn't just trying to sale me any thing.
