I love this location! Alana was super sweet and assisted me in finding the correct toner for my hair rather than just throwing t18 at me. She was very knowledgeable and kind. Even recommended the bond bar purple shampoo, which is supposedly very comparable to the olaplex I just ran out of. We shall see how it all works out! 10/10 recommend!

If I could rate this location, I would give it zero stars. There are plenty of beauty supply stores in the area that treat their customers with respect and dignity and have inventory. However, there is an Asian brunette who works there and she is always rude and condescending. There's never been a time where her attitude was terrible! Whenever I visit this location, I always feel like I am being treated like a potential shoplifter. I work in retail myself, so I'm familiar with the tactics that are being used. However, they are not even subtle about letting you know that they think you're going to steal. They never have anything in stock, so what exactly would I be trying to steal?I purposely lingered in the store for an extended period to observe if the staff treats customers of Caucasian descent in the same manner they treat minorities, but they do not. Ironically, it's likely that the Caucasians are the ones who are stealing from the store. I have previously raised this issue with the staff, but they dismissed my concerns. The store rep actually laughed at me for a dressing it.I initially tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I feel that it's important to express my experience. If you are a person of color, I do not recommend shopping at this store. They will make you feel inferior and profile you as a potential thief. You cannot shop comfortably as they will follow you around with endless questions, not because they genuinely care, but only to ensure that you do not steal anything.

The store clerks try to smile and lie to you during this time. There was a promotion for hair dye, but from my number it was not available. They convinced me to buy a color close to my number and they promised to call me when they had my number and they promised to change my paint. No one has called me for a month now and I am waiting and I am forced to look for my paint elsewhere. I don't like incorrect people. I don't know if I will go to this store again!

EVERY time I go to buy my hair dye it is out of stock. Clearly the fool who orders products has no idea how to do so. Also, the trash that comes in and steals ruins it for everyone as the cashiers follow you EVERYWHERE in this store. Time to find another store to buy hair dye....

After I had a bad hair color experience at a salon, I went to Sally's for help. The sales associate was extremely helpful--she made suggestions on products and techniques, and I am looking forward to putting them to use ASAP and, hopefully, fixing this mess on my head.

If you love being followed and questioned every 2 seconds this is the place for youI understand as I work in retail that you will run into theft however not every person in your store is stealingI entered the place and right away they didn’t just ask if I needed help they asked what exactly I was looking for and I said I didn’t need help I get the same thing every timeI go get the ion dye I always get and the manager starts on some sale whatever not super annoying but I cut her off short and say I’m ok thank youShe continues on the rant which is fine you are doing your jobBut once she ends this other lady engages and asks if I need help I say no and walk past her the manager and lady follow me down the isleKeep in mind I’ve never been at this location I’ve only been to the kennesaw and CartersvilleI go down the next isle and a man asks me if I need help I say I’m really really good so so goodI would say it would be 4 mins now into the storeThe manager comes back and asks me again if I need help so I just say loudly (it’s a small store I know they all heard me the first time) I said “EVERYONE I AM AO GOOD THANK YOU AO MUCH I DONT NEED HELP THANK YOU!” And then I go to the front where the little face masks and hair masks are and that is near the doorThey all come from behind the counter and as if ready to tackle meI just look at them and ask if they are all alright and they just nod and say yes if they could take my stuffDude I get it people steal but I have money to pay for my stuff I’m not stealing and that was ridiculousSeriously don’t bombard every customer because y’all got a few bad eggsYou will spoil the bunch

Would not recommend this Sally's. After a nail appointment I called Sallys located on Jimmy Lee Smith Parkway to confirm hours of operation. (iPhone maps listed hours list 10am to 9pm). I wanted to make sure. I called 7704390806 to confirm hours shown online. Option to receive a text message to get hours for the day. Received text message 10am-9pm. Arrived at location, doors locked. Ladies at the door asked if I called the correct store/location. Through the glass showed text message confirmation of hour of operation and also website listed hours both confirming 10am-9pm. Unn

The employees are always courteous and willing to help. 1 out of out 10 on products for me I rate a 9 because they usely have what I need 90% of the time. Store is always clean.

great store, organized and neat, somewhat limited in supply as it is a smaller building but still a good variety. great customer service with a knowledgeable staff who can be very informative

Sam was very rude, we were going to get the 2 min after 9 and she refused to sell us anything. I even asked if I could pay for it over the phone but she said no. She was not helpful at all, in no way did she try to help us. Seems that she just didn’t want us to come at all. Glad this was my first encounter with this store, I know where to not spend my money!

Went here today to get advice after a salon destroyed my hair. I believe the woman assisting me was named Bree, her tag said she was the assistant manager. Anywho, she was WONDERFUL. They were busy but she made time to give me so much help and input, even took pics of my hair from different angles so I could see what the heck was going on with it. She got a mannequin head from a display to show me the exact techniques of how I'd go about fixing my hair. She also recommended great products, taught me so much, and I walked out a very satisfied customer! She is so sweet, helpful, and knowledgeable. I would definitely shop here again. I went to the Ulta in the same plaza and also had a good experience. I'm very happy and thankful that excellent service still exists.

Very disappointed. I have patronize the company over 30 years for all of my hair, skin and nails products. I had a scheduled interview in which I was 20 minutes early, but never in my mind would I thought that my interview would start 30 minutes late. And all the manager had to say was she was finishing up with another interview. Never did she express words of a apology. That was unacceptable on all levels. I hope that the other Sally's doesn't operate in that manner. This was a poor representation of the company.

The people hear are great. Very friendly and know there stuff. My wife has been trying to get her hair back to her natural brown for the past year. She had it a blond for the past 5 years. And after spending about a $1000.00 with three different so called beauticians that could not get her hair back brown. I decided to go into this Sally's and ask if their was anything I could buy and do? The girl was very professional and helped me pick out the right permanent color and told me what to do. The manager was there and she also was very nice and was shocked when I told her about my wife's ordeals with all the beauticians and how much we had paid them. I walked out for less than $25.00 and my wife's hair looks great. So ladies of you buy beauty products & supplies, I highly recommend THIS Sally's. Oh and for you gals that are upset for paying for the 15 cent bag, just get over it! That's at all the Sally's.

Staff at this Sally's is fantastic. My daughter has super curly hair and the girl saw we were looking at products and she also had curly hair and she walked us through all the dos and don'ts on products and was very knowledgeable about products at store. Great job Sally
