My wife tried to get her prescription filled here she gave the blonde lady her prescription form and a discount card from the HOSPITAL they gave her the run around for 3 hrs never filled the prescription and when my wife asked for the form back the lady balled it up and laughed in her face… mind you my wife has a debilitating headache. Very unprofessional need new employees and management

brought them my prescription n was told it would be ready in the same day n that they would text me and they did not i had to call the next only to find out they don’t take my insurance n that i had to call cvs to transfer it. I feel like this coulda been handled better if they had better communication and asked the right questions.

NEED A PASSPORT: I WOULD RECOMMEND GOING STRAIGHT TO THE POST OFFICE OR COURTHOUSE. IT'S ALMOST $4 CHEAPER AND YOU WILL KNOW IT'S DONE CORRECTLY. I CAME TO THIS WALGREENS FOR A PASSPORT PICTURE TOOK IT TO THE POST OFFICE JUST TO FIND OUT IT WAS DONE INCORRECTLY. I TOOK THE PICTURE AT THE POSTOFFICE AND HAD TO DRIVE ALL THE WAY BACK TO WALGREENS TO GET A REFUND. VERY INCONVENIENT. THE MANAGER WAS SWEET AND APOLOGIZED. SHE SAID THEY ARE ALWAYS GETTING NEW PEOPLE. I ASKED FOR A GIFT CARD FOR INCONVENIENCE. SHE SAID NO. ANYWAY JUST GO TO THE POST OFFICE OR COURTHOUSE WHERE PEOPLE ARE TRAINED.

I have never had a problem with this Walgreens! They are always stocked and they have toys that are way more affordable than I have seen anywhere. My daughter also lost her sippy cup there and it is a very important sippy cup because it is her favorite. After I called and asked he found it within the hour! Thank god! Thank you so much for going above and beyond!

This location also sucks! Pharmacist gave me a hard time regarding my second covid booster. They didn't have record of my first booster...not my problem. The problem is yours because walgreens can't keep accurate records. Go to Publix instead. Publix is always friendly and accommodating, and if they mess something up, they will always admit the fault and strive to make it better.

I really wish this pharmacy had longer hours. How can I pick up my meds when their hours are my work hours? I have had to go days without certain meds or playing the game of skipping one so I can have another for the next day. Meds also take over a day to call in...I used to be able to get them within 30 minutes. Disappointing

POSITIVES: Typically, I have trusted Walgreens to be well-stocked with friendly clerks who provide quick service. Though I would not recommend buying snacks there because they are quite a bit pricier than at a grocery store, I've appreciated the convenience this retailer offers and will continue to frequent them in the future.NEGATIVES:During the winter COVID surge of 2021/2022, I made an appointment to take the PCR test which was scheduled for 10:30am on Saturday the 8th. I received a call at about 9:45am that same morning let me know that the entire location was closed because the pharmacist had been infected with COVID. Though I was thankful for the call, which saved me an unnecessary trip, there was no offer to reschedule my appointment at all. Instead, I was directed to the website which I knew would not have any available appointments for the foreseeable future. I suggest that anyone making an appointment for PCR testing go with a DPH, Viral Solutions, or comparable company that specializes in testing services. The wait times may be longer but you're likely not to be told the same day of the appointment that the location is outright closed.

Pharmacist is rude , they me make wait for 30 minutes for a vaccine for my kid , and nobody has the courtesy to tell me that is going to take a little longer , then the main pharmacist has an very rude and unprofessional attitude..

I was prescribed a medication on Thursday. The pharmacy called to let me know they didn’t have the medication in stock and could not get it. She told me to call around to see if I could find it and have it transferred to another pharmacy. On Friday, I did and found it at CVS. The person at CVS said that they couldn’t call Walgreens to transfer the medication because Walgreens doesn’t answer their phone. I called Walgreens back to ask them if they could contact CVS. They said no they couldn’t. I called my prescribing doctor to see if they could do anything, but they said it was between the pharmacies. Now, on Saturday, I still don’t have the medication I need AND THEY ARE CLOSED TODAY AND TOMORROW. So while dealing with the Flu and not being able to get the medicine, I’m expected to spend hours I should be in bed resting trying to track down meds. I’ve been a customer with them forever, literally 20 years. Through all their changes and this is how they treat their customers. I’m done!
